Pros:

The location and price were fantastic! Moreover, this facility was SUPER secure, and not in an agitating way. With a microwave and nice size fridge, the room was very accommodating!

Pros:

Not very much honestly. It smells strongly of human urine.BAD!!! There is mold in the bathroom, smoke detectors are missing, microwave is broke, connecting door for next room handle is half way off. This is by far the worst place ive stayed, it was late and snow was coming down so we didnt have a choice. We have a cruise today and needed to be close by. I dont recommend this hotel to anyone.
