Comfortable!
Pros:

Great location, right next to the busy and bustle Phan Xich Long st. The room is tiny and cozy, with a large bench and a projector for Netflix. The bathroom is well-equipped with hot water. The residency is overally quite and secured, reassure y’all are gonna have a good sleep :)

Clean, convenient, quiet - near Vietnam Hikers pickup point.
Pros:

It is a very clean, very new and modern small contactless hotel - you pay online, you get the door code and the room code, and you check in and check out yourself. The room is large, clean and has everything you need, from a hair dryer to a kettle. It is a perfect place to stay if you booked a trip with Vietnam Hikers club, as their headquarters and the pickup point are just three minutes' walk away. I will definitely stay here again.

Cons:

The area is safe, but you need to take into account that this is District 8, NOT the main city centre. If you are new to Ho Chi Minh city, please check where you want to go first and then do the booking. This place is in a narrow side street in a non-touristy district, you will need to take a taxi or Bus 5 to get to the city centre, which should be taken into account as you plan your travels.
