Location and proximity to eateries and shopping is this hotel's strongest point. This is the closest I've ever stayed on Gaya Street, short walking distance to Sabah Suria shopping mall.
Poor insulation. You can hear room guests next door talking and door opening and closing are rather loud, especially being woken up at 3am when guests come back to their rooms.

Shower, water not working properly.
Drainage, not in order as water not drain out on time that's flooded in bathroom.
