Good value for the money
Pros:

Very nice small hotel not so far away from the party zone. Good air conditioner clean rooms. Quiet in the night, unless you have like we had a group of young teenagers coming home from party at 2:00 in the night. Spacious room and big beds.

Cons:

Only one towel per person and a big bathtub for showering is not very convenient.

とてもよかった。また機会があったら泊まりたいと思う。
Pros:

部屋は広くて清潔。レストランやパブストリートも近く、夜は静かでよかった。

Cons:

ハンドタオルがなく、バスタオルのみだった。
宿泊が2階だったので全く問題なかったが、エレベーターがないので3階以上だと少し大変かもと思った。

Great location and friendly staff.
Pros:

The location was perfect for the night market, pub street and food. The staff are nice and friendly too.

Cons:

No restaurant or breakfast available, beds are hard and the mosquito s are really bad.

Pros:

The staff were all friendly and accommodating the room was comfortable, spotless and everything worked as expected.
The location was perfect 5 minutes from pub street so quiet with plenty of restaurants, bars and shopping at your doorstep.
This hotel is excellent value for money and I would highly recommend it.

Cons:

The absence of a lift may be an issue for some.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

Everything was great about the hotel. Very well cleaned room.
Very helpful and kind reception staff.
In the center and walking distance to all places.
The bed was so comfortable.
If I travel back, this is the place to stay.

You can't go wrong staying here...
Pros:

Central location with restaurants bars and shopping all within walking distance and yet very quiet inside. The people in the front desk are extremely nice and helpful. Rooms very clean and large. The pool was great and an necessity because of the high humidity in Cambodia.
