All was perfect
Pros:

A nice and wonderful family runs a boutique hotel with spacious and beautiful rooms. The service was excellent and courteous and it was just fun.

Very nice nature visit
Pros:

The location is very nice and peaceful, the place is newly build, the stuff were very polite and helpful

Cons:

There are a lot of power issues in the village (not related specifically for the hotel), the hotel should pay attention a bit more on maintenance

Power generator way too close to the hotel
Pros:

Great location with beautiful views, nice clean rooms with balconies and friendly staff. Free parking at the site, with occasional appearance of sheep or tiny horses.

Cons:

Power generator behind the hotel is right under the balconies. Not only is it noisy but also emits fumes which will not allow you to leave the doors and windows open. Make sure to book a room facing front if you want to enjoy your stay fully.

Pros:

The staff were very accommodating and the breakfast was good. The location was excellent and sitting on the balcony was very enjoyable. Whenever we had any sort of issue, the staff always provided prompt solutions.

Cons:

The internet didn't work in our room and the room itself had a strange smell. We also lost power to certain things when the generator went off. I think some of this is unavoidable given the area.

Nový a rustikálně laděný hotel, okouzlující a klidná lokalita národního parku, přímo u kostelíku, prakticky na turistické stezce, pohodlné postele, dobrá snídaně..

Cons:

Personál smlouvavý, neradi platbu kartou, vše žádají cash v Eurech..
Kuchyň a jídlo predražené, jednou v objednávce těstovin v omáčce nalezen brouk - omluva téměř žádná, účtovali si plnou cenu jídla..
Úklid během pobytu téměř žádný, při příjezdu v pokoji nalezeny pod skříní pantofle po předchozích hostech, ručníky nevyměňují po celou dobu pobytu, musí se žádat i docházející toaletní papír.. myslím, že ohledně služeb a vstřícnosti k zákazníkům se má Stefan hodně co učit! Nestačí spoléhat na hezký nový hotel a okolí národního parku..

The best spot
Pros:

We loved every second of our trip to Villa Golden. The spot on the city is the best for the mountains views and there was some specialty food that was the best of our entire trip. Staff was very nice and the rooms were spacious.

Cons:

Wifi in the rooms wasn’t working and shower wasn’t always hot.

Pros:

Het hotel is redelijk nieuw. De kamer is erg mooi en lekker ruim. Wij hadden twee balkons met prachtig uitzicht op de bergen. Het personeel is erg behulpzaam. In het restaurant was een van de obers wat minder vriendelijk. Het ontbijt was prima met wat brood, worstjes en wat lokale snacks. De bedden lagen lekker.

Cons:

Het hotel is wat verder lopen van andere restaurants en supermarkten in Theth. Er ontbraken wat kleine dingen in de kamer zoals een waterkoker en glazen. Als je tussendoor wil laten schoonmaken in de kamer moet je daar om vragen.

Hotel con muy mala organizacion

La habitación es correcta y tiene buenas vistas pero les falla muchísimo la organización del hotel.

Mala organización. No nos hicieron la habitación y además no nos pudimos duchar porque no había agua caliente. Muy caro por lo que ofrecen

Das Personal war sehr freundlich , das Essen war sehr gut. Die Zimmer bräuchten Aber noch ein wenig Ausstattung

Die gute Lage

Cons:

Die Ausstattung hätte besser sein können -sprich Tauben waren über uns im Dach , es gab keine Gläser und auch kein Wasserkocher, es wurde mit einem Fernseher beworben welcher nicht einzurichten war.

I don’t suggest this hotel.
Pros:

Really good location and view.

Cons:

The hotel wasn’t cleaned at all,floor was covered with dust,dirty towels,shower roof was leaking water because of the shower on the top floor,no lightning during the night.during the night it was I crazy noise because off the electrical box in our bedroom.

מיקום מצויין , מלון חדש אבל החדר פשוט מאוד לא מאובזר.

המיקום מצויין ליציאה לטיולים
הנוף מהחדר מדהים

Cons:

החדר אינו מאובזר, אין כיסא להניח מזוודות אלא על הרצפה( ביקשנו כסא ולא קיבלנו). אין אפילו כוס לשים מברשות שיניים. ארוחת הבוקר מאוד דלה למי שלא אוכל בשר. אין פח , אין אור בחדר. חבל!

Pros:

Location is perfect at the center of the village with a beautiful meadow in front where you can sit and a beautiful view of the mountains and the church, breakfast was good and overall we had a good stay.

Cons:

Cleanness has to improve, we had to change room because in the first one the bathroom was not clean and there were leaks of water. At one point in the middle of the night there was no electricity in the hotel due to the storm and there were no emergency lights anywhere in the room, no phone network, it got totally dark and scary.
