Pros:

What a wonderful experience at this homestay. The owner is so welcoming and helpful, making you feel right at home. Our room was immaculate, comfortable, and had a lovely ambiance. The entire staff were brilliant and always ready to assist.

I had a wonderful stay at The Five Dimensions. It’s a great place for families as well as couples. The hotel is located very close to the Taj Mahal, which makes it very convenient for visitors.The property is clean, calm, and has a positive atmosphere. The owner, Veerendra Singh, is very kind and always ready to help. The rooms are peaceful, the beds are comfortable, and the food tastes really good.

Mooie luxe kamer met alles erop en eraan. Dicht bij de Taj Mahal oostkant. Goede locatie. Genoeg eetgelegenheden in de buurt. Ont bijt was prima en vriendelijke eigenaren.

Cheap price but slightly disappointing
Pros:

Comfy large bed, good wifi, nice location in quiet area, very cheap. The owner was very helpful in organsing us a taxi for the day to visit Vrindavan and offered to prepare us breakfast early that morning as none of the restaurants were open at that time.

Cons:

We chose this place as the reviews were really good but we were based with a series of unexpected issues. The first night the power in our room cut out after using the hair dryer and the owner happened to be away, and his replacement wasn't able to fix the issue. This meant we were without hot water and couldn't use any of the plugs for the first night which was rather frustrating after a long day of travelling. The second day, the water stopped working so we couldn't use the taps for a chunk of time, but that was eventually resolved. The room we booked didn't have any windows and was the only room to be located on the ground floor in between the owner's own room, kitchen and living room so it felt less like a hotel and slightly like we were intruding on their family life. It also meant we could hear a lot of family noise late at night and early in the morning which disturbed our sleep a bit.

Room is good., after the scam hotels of Delhi it was good to be at a place where they care....

Cons:

Breakfast was basic.
Even though on booking.com checkout time is 11:30 they put out sign that is 10:30 under it 'late checkout 150 INR' which was fine with me but in a separate line is hour which I did not read. Hard to believe that I was the first with this and that is not on purpose....
