Facility should be non-smoking.
Pros:

Clean comfortable room. Very helpful & friendly at front desk.

Cons:

Squeaky wood floors in room
Only instant coffee at breakfast
Smoking at front entrance & full ashtrays out all day
Could smell smoke in room from lady smoking early mornings. This would keep me from returning.

Pros:

Ling was amazing and kitchen staff and breakfast were great too.
We really enjoyed watching the hot air balloons from our balcony.

A wonderful holiday in Vangvieng.
Pros:

The hotel was clean and quiet, and the owner was very helpful and assisted us in changing our booking date free of charge when we had problems with our train tickets, forcing us to leave a day earlier.

Pros:

Posizione ideale, comodi mezzi pubblici. Colazione deliziosa. Personale molto disponibile (ho avuto un problema con l'acqua calda, ma mi hanno aiutato subito). Nel complesso, l'hotel è pulito e sicuro. L'aria condizionata funziona bene e la terrazza ha una splendida vista.

Pros:

L'hôtel bénéficie d'un emplacement idéal en plein centre-ville, à proximité du marché du matin, du marché de nuit et des quais, accessibles en quelques minutes à pied. Le personnel est très accueillant, les chambres offrent une vue imprenable depuis les balcons, le Wi-Fi est excellent et l'hôtel dispose de toutes les commodités nécessaires. Merci !
