Amabilidad por encima del confort

La amabilidad de el personal, siempre dispuesto a colaborar y atender cualquier necesidad, muy muy eficientes

Cons:

Aunque la relación calidad precio es buena, en mi opinión cuando ves las fotos y la realidad no corresponde, en mi caso la habitación no funcionaba la luz del baño y la habitación daba la impresión de dejadez, la otra habitación que cogimos era algo mejor, y creo que la televisión debería ofrecer canales europeos, en fin detalles varios que harían que subiera su puntuación general

El desayuno y la amabilidad de los camareros.

Experiencia nefasta, hicimos la reserva por Booking y ponía expresamente que el pago era por adelantado con tarjeta y además, que el hotel aceptaba ese tipo de pago pero nada más lejos de la realidad. Cuando llegamos, solo se podía pagar en efectivo y no se habían cobrado el pago, nos hicieron ir a un banco (más comisiones) y al pagar, nos decía que teníamos que darle más. Después al día siguiente nos dijo que solo habíamos pagado 3 noches cuando la reserva ponía esa cantidad...una odisea! Al final, se había equivocado pero el mal trago nos hizo pasarlo. Para colmo, la primera noche una mujer chillando y muchos golpes, parecía sacado de una peli de miedo. Las habitaciones con las sábanas sucias y mal olor. La terraza que se ve en las fotos la tienen abandonada sin servicio cuando en el anuncio era lo que más tenía encanto. Por la noche, se iba muchas veces la luz, haciendo que el aire acondicionado sonara cada vez que pasaba y nos despertara.
Es cierto que el desayuno está bien y hay gente amable en el restaurante, pero si buscas unas vacaciones tranquilas, este no es tu hotel

Very good
Pros:

The kindness of the staff. They went far and beyond!. We had to leave at 5 in the morning and they left breakfast ready to eat for us.
And the location was a 7 minute walk to the airport
