Good hotel
Pros:

Big and clean room and bathroom

Receptionnist is so nice and helpful. I asked for a quiet room on high level and he took care of it

I was afraid to end up in a love motel but this is real hotel

Cons:

No black coffee in breakfast room only coffee and tea with milk, you have to go downstairs at the reception if you want some

I'm used to firm mattresses but this one was way too hard for me

An option for laundry cleaning would be perfect

The service of the staff in the cafeteria is very disappointing
Pros:

cleanliness. The room is clean and everything is fine

Cons:

I came with my family with group of 6. Our room come with breakfast. we are Malaysian and we don’t know Korean language.

The staff who serve in the cafeteria is super rude to us. Honestly, we never messed up things. we took our breakfast as usual, there may be some small rules that are not aware like we should put the tray back to the kitchen after meal. The staff can guide us if we are not aware. But, she is very rude and react very rudely to us when talk to us even I don’t her language. But, her act give us a very unpleasant feeling.

This is totally not acceptable in a service line like this. I never come across such a bad service in my life , seriously.
