Breakfast staff was not rude. One incident was that I asked for coffee she said coffee is finished but when a lady came (white lady) and she asked for coffee she said coffee is available I felt like it was racism. Also breakfast was terrible no vegetarian food and so little options overall. And the room where we stayed had window between bathroom and bed so you were able to see person using bathroom what was so uncomfortable.

Housekeeping (especially "Than") & Breakfast Crew) were "over the top" accommodating.
They advertised a pool but never closed open during my entire stay (1 week) % tile floors are extremely slippery when wer.
Location, staff and room everything was good
My room was close to street and I didn’t expect to ear so much noise but it was ok at the end I was in patong so it’s ok and acceptable

We booked a standard room to start with small but ok until we tried to sleep the air on was rubbish it was so hot we upgraded at a extra cost the next day and was happy with the upgrade
No bar on the roof top so would have to go to the ground floor and across reception to get a cold drink and up again to the 7th floor
Housekeeping and breakfast staff were copacetic - can't say enough about their friendliness and willingness to please. That alone won me over!!
Unfortunately the swimming pool was closed the entire week 😫 The pool was supposedly theil touchstone of their marketing campaign; was misleading information advertising for all of us who were looking forward to capitalizing on that particular draw.

While we understand every property has its challenges, there were several areas that need attention. The bed was quite uncomfortable, the shower curtains were worn, dirty and need to change and there is no elevator in the second building, which is important to know before booking.
Unfortunately, the service fell short as well. We experienced inconsistent communication at reception regarding a room transfer, and some of the front desk and housekeeping staff felt unwelcoming and indifferent to our requests. We truly believe that warm, friendly, and reliable service can make up for older facilities, but we did not feel valued as guests. We hope management takes this feedback constructively to improve.
