Pros:

This place is not good at all it’s expensive for no reason.

Cons:

Right from start we had bad experience we couldn’t check in till 3pm. The AC has a lot of Mould made us sick. If you have asthma DO NOT BOOK. My friend had multiple asthma attacks. We had to sleep with AC off. The staff is rude from the day you check in (and provide consistent shit service throughout your stay). Also these guys charge 500 key deposit and won’t let you take your room key out of the hotel. They will ask you to leave the key at the front desk which is really shady. Overall, look for another place Fam.

Pros:

The pool was great and the room was very nice apart from a broken wardrobe which didn't open we reported it the first day but it never got fixed so we were living out of our suitcase.

Cons:

The noise from the road outside was unbearable until approximately 3.30am the hotel is obviously aware of this and provided ear plugs in the room

In my opinion, this hotel was very disappointing. The daytime receptionist was rude and even tried to charge me 1,000 baht just for my friend to go upstairs to take a shower, which is unacceptable. The room was not clean, the facilities were old, and the air conditioning stopped working on the second day, forcing me to go to reception to get the room changed. Overall, I would rate this hotel 1 out of 10. The hotel is full of warning signs and fines everywhere, making guests feel intimidated rather than welcomed, as if the focus is more on penalties than on providing proper service.

Pros:

Location is perfect . Hotel facilities is v.good and clean. Breakfast is V.good and Halal options is available. Reception team is very polite and professional. Thanks to Aung and Tae Tea and Honey also the buffet chefs who were very generous and serving with smiles. I strongly recommend.
