If you are arriving by car, please note that Kapellplatz 12 is difficult to find for some satellite navigation systems. Please enter the address of the parking garage into the navigation system: Popengasse 2, 84503 Altötting.

The entrance to the Kapellplatz parking garage is signposted. Parking is free between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. A parking fee of EUR 1.00 per hour applies between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM. The Basilica parking garage exit leads directly to the hotel.

Pros:

Rundum gelungener Aufenthalt in bester Lage zu zivilem Preis. Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig, auf dem Gang gab's Tee, zur Sauna eine komplette Ausstattung an Bademantel & Co, und alles ohne daß man überall "Münzen einwerfen" muß. Im besten Sinne gastfreundlich, wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Das Frühstück und das Restaurant waren sehr gut.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr klein und es befand sich im Zimmer nur eine Aufbewahrungsbox an der wand für die Kleidung. Bei 3 Tagen Aufenthalt unverschämt. Kein Schrank, kein Hosenbügel.

Tolle Aussicht, bequemes Bett, grandiose Küche.
Pros:

Nachdem die ursprüngliche Beherbung unzumutbar war, mussten wir schnell etwas finden. Der Münchner Hof schien mir sehr sympathisch, und es war ein Glücksgriff. Es war nur für Ortsunkundige schwer zu finden, ich kreiste drei mal um und über den Kapellerplatz 🤣
Ich hätte gleich die E-Mail öffnen sollen, in welcher die Anreise über die Parkgarage detailliert beschrieben stand. Der Rezeptionist war sehr freundlich, das Zimmer sehr groß und gepflegt, ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen eventuell. Das Bad jedoch war super schön und auch sehr sauber. Das Bett war sehr bequem, nur leider rutschen die zwei Matratzen im Doppelbett etwas auseinander 😁 Aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau. Der Ausblick auf den Kapellerplatz war toll, das Frühstück wirklich üppig und sehr sehr lecker, die Frühstücksdamen sehr herzlich und freundlich! Das Abendessen war grandios, die wohl besten Ravioli meines Lebens! Das Zimmer war übrigens wirklich GUT geheizt.
