Las habitaciones muy buenas, nada que ver a lo que veníamos viendo en bohol! El precio es lo mejor de todo y tenes cerca todo, al frente tenes un 7 eleven qué te salva siempre!
La posizione e le camere ampie però del resto quasi niente non hanno un ascensore la colazione é inservibile e non c’è attenzione per il cliente.
Servizi proprietà e personale non all altezza della situazione. Per tutto il soggiorno non mi hanno pulito una sola volta la stanza, personale che ti bussa la porta per ben due volte alle 11,30 pm per una differenza sulla camera senza rispettare che un cliente sta dormendo visto che non era una cosa urgente,check out confermato per le 5 pm e quando sono le 11 am bussano la porta per dirti che devi lasciare la stanza alle 12 am perché avevano preso una prenotazione senza preoccuparsi che mi avevano dato la disponibilità a restare fino alle 5 pm e pagando il check out ritardato, pessima amministrazione.

WLAN in the Room only worked on the first day
The hotel is surrounded by three large construction sites. They started at 5am end in the late evening. In addition, my room was unser ghe breakfast-room. Starting at 7:30 it soundet like somebody moved furniture all morning (but it was the chairs when guests stood up). Please buy some felt gliders and isolate the doors. So all in all it was very loud.
That the hotel agreed to change The date and I was alright with a downgrade. Just only not knowing how far down I will be downgraded and the price was the same
The room smellt like urine and the door to the toilet was broken. I had to ask a few times until the boss came to fix it or let it be fixed. I am from the industry and I know hotels! This hotel is brand new in my opinion And should not be open yet. Things seem not yet ready for guests and as I talked to other guests they were the same opinion not beeing from the hotel industry but frequent traveling.
Yes it's fine for a night. Or if you go partying and want to just knock out. But for a family NO!
The location is good. About a 15 minute walk to the centre. The rooms were nice and clean but quite basic. The staff I encountered were polite. The breakfasts are very basic for a hotel. You turn up at the dining area with your tickets from reception. Hand it to a member of staff. You are then shown photos of set breakfast combinations you can order. On mine, I received 3 pieces of white sliced bread, a fried egg, a small piece of a ham looking thing, 3 slices of cucumber, and one slice of tomato. Completed by 3 pieces of orange. There was an electric kettle and sashes of coffee.
The breakfasts are very basic. No tea coffee in the rooms.
The kitchen staff were very accommodating , juice is very artificial , over all , improvise the food .
The pancakes was not good ,should have serve ,freshly baked pandesal or fried bananas .

Staff has no good service mind. They should help the customer when they see the customer carry the luggage, but no one come to help my group, and some staff, they are not willing to service the customer. I think I never come to stay at this hotel again. It also has a smoking smell in my room.
No TV no bottle water glass in the bathroom not sanitary very little toilet paper, the bathroom very slippery not safe for the guests.
Despite booking through a third party, the staff replied to my queries and check-in request as we arrived at 8 am. The lady at the counter accomodated us despite them being fully booked and we were able to check-in an hour early. The room was spacious and tissues and towels are provided and changed when needed. They also gave us 2 discount vouchers when buying their avocado shake. The lobby area is also somewhat like a cafe.
We booked the 2-single room and the the shower area is slightly see through. I recommend it for couples but not sure about the other rooms especially for family members. It was very convenient to sleep in the afternoon as the blinds mostly block the sunlight.
I gave it a 9 star because they do not change the breakfast menu and portion is very small. The Filipino choice is just cornbeef,rice, fruit(banana or watermelon), cucumber and tomato. The western choice is just bread, spam, marmalade, cucumber, fruit(banana or watermelon). It might sound a lot but their rice portion is basically teacup size and can be finished in 2 bites. PLEASE CHANGE THE MENU DAILY.
