Rudimentary
Pros:

The family was very accommodating and gave us lots of local tips.

Cons:

It's a lot more rudimentary than shown in pictures. The 'bathrooms' didn't have any basins so you either had to hold the hose or use a bucket. Many mosquitoes around as well so a repellant is a must.

Pros:

Un très bel accueil d'Asmah qui nous a conseillé pour le snorkelling, et les activités. Elle nous a aussi fait découvrir quelques unes de ses spécialités dans son restaurant.
Très chaleureuse, et souriante, c'est ce qu'on aime!

Close to experience of staying with a real local village family in home and with 4 generations
Pros:

Cheap and simple. But good value. Not fancy. Very nice family operating it. Very simple honest folks. Almost like staying with a village family.

Nice stay in between Tekek and ABC.
Pros:

The property is in between Tekek Village and ABC (around 20-25 min by foot for each). We had the four-people room (that was the only one left). The staff is very nice and helpful, they picked us up and dropped us off at the Jetty, we got to rent a motorbike very easily and they gave us useful informations and contacts on our first day. Close to Blue Bubble Divers and Abect Aqua Dive.

Cons:

The bathroom didn’t have a sink.

Pros:

Friendly, honest staff and service from the heart. We we there as a group of divers.

Upon check out, my friend accidentally left his wallet with all my money inside in the room. He didn't realised he had left his wallet behind until they called me and informed me that they found a wallet. I would like to thank the owner and staff for being kind and trustworthy. This is a very highly recommended accommodation if you looking for a place to stay in Tekek.

No water heater in the communal bathrooms.

Good once we found the accommodation
Pros:

Lovely location. Basic accommodation but clean and everything worked well. It was not what or where we booked but it suited our needs well. Oh, and the view was lovely towards the beach and towards the hills.

Cons:

We were not picked up from the ferry as promised. We had no way of knowing where to go until we found someone who knew where it was. Also, because the owner changed our accommodation after we booked we therefore did not know where to go. After waiting 20 minutes after the ferry arrived we started asking and after 20 minutes of that we found out which direction we should start walking. We kept asking and after a mile of walking we found it. We were then driven to the room and it suited our needs well.
