Pros:

Pretty garden and nice area.
They upgraded our room to private bathroom for the same price.
Impossible to comment on staff because apart from 5 minutes at check in we didn't see anyone during the whole two days.

Cons:

Claimed to have kitchen. There was one but the only usable thing was the fridge.
