Our room was clean, comfortable, and the entire hotel felt very safe and peaceful.
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Mirabell by Maier Privathotels in Munich with my wife during our trip in July.
The hotel's location is one of its biggest advantages. It's just a short walk from Munich Central Station (Hauptbahnhof), making it incredibly convenient for train travel, and it's also within easy walking distance of Munich's beautiful Old Town and its historic attractions.

Our room was clean, comfortable, and the entire hotel felt very safe and peaceful. We had a relaxing stay and always looked forward to returning after a day of sightseeing.

The staff were warm, welcoming, and always happy to help. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was great for planning our daily activities and staying connected. One of our favorite touches was the complimentary coffee and tea available throughout the day - it was a small gesture that made us feel right at home.

Overall, Hotel Mirabell offers excellent value, a fantastic location, and a comfortable atmosphere. I would highly recommend it to couples, families, and anyone looking for a clean, safe, and convenient place to stay while exploring Munich. We would definitely stay here again.

Really nice and comfy hotel to stay in
Pros:

Fantastic breakfast, there was everything you could think of, and the staff were so nice and helpful! Always with a smile, always offering something. Also the receptionist was really nice, pointing places of interest to us and being friendly. We especially appreciated the cleanliness and the thickness of the windows (it canceled the city noises).

Cons:

Very busy street, lots of traffic noise - but that´s not the hotel´s fault. It´s the city centre.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Lage war gut mit Öffis zu erreichen. Personal ausgesprochen freundlich.

Cons:

Ein bisschen laut, weil sehr frequentierte Straße mit Geschäften und Baustellen.

Comfortable suite and good breakfast
Pros:

We got a great deal on the rooftop suite. Room and side room were nicely appointed and comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. Balcony was huge with furniture and nice city views. Breakfast was impressive quality and delicous start to our day. Staff was very hospitable and professional.

Cons:

Bathroom design, specifically shower, could be better. Note that a stepstool is needed to access the shower safely (!). Window also required climbing onto the side wall to access (!).

Nada no me gustó, de pronto el barrio tenía moteles y zonas así alrededor pero nada malo.

Did not feel value for money, probably due to increased price during a concert in Munich.

Дуже сподобався цей готель! Чисті та комфортні номери, привітний і уважний персонал, зручне розташування.

Окремо хочу відзначити сніданок — він був просто чудовий. Дуже смачний, свіжий та різноманітний, з великим вибором страв на будь-який смак. Це один із найкращих сніданків, які мені доводилося куштувати в готелях.

Залишилися лише приємні враження від перебування. Обов’язково повернуся ще раз і з радістю рекомендую цей готель!

Mini hotel with breakfast near train station
Pros:

Reception staff was very professional. Room was extremely clean. They provided a very nice breakfast. They tried to fit a lot of amenities into our small room which they deserve credit for.

Location so close to the central train station - both pros and cons to this.

Cons:

Room was quite small for moving around. AC was set to one temp and that was too warm for us, which affected our sleep.
We paid more than normal because a certain boy band was in town on tour that weekend, and hotels all raised prices, so the value for money wasn’t in our favor.
