Everything from the location to the furniture and upholstery, view from the room, room service was great,
Food quality could have been better and the options wider
Liked the location of the property and the view from the rooms, providing such facilities at such a place is nothing less than a blessing.
Rooms were neat and clean and the staff was also good.
Game room, lounge and other things were there so that you don't get bored .
The location as in where it was situated was a nightmare to reach.
It is situated around 20km away from the main Lansdowne Town, and there is nothing nearby beside one waterfall which is like 600 Metres from the resort. In mountains 20km feel like 1.5 hrs of drive on the tricky and twisted turns
Also it is not safe a night to roam out, be it in your car as wild animals are spotted frequently as told by the hotel staff.
And the food at the property needs to be improved

Amazing property at an amazingly serene location.
Very comfortable, but don't expect over the board luxuries.
Staff is very polite and cheerful. The manager Mr. Manmohan, true to his name, makes a place in your heart with his cheerful deposition and very helpful nature. We happened to meet the resort owner Mr. Ashutosh and you immediately know that all this flows right from the top. And to top it all.... The Food was Yummy!

Water drainage level was not proper
Property: Is new, just started in May24 so many facilities are not operational or stabilised (e.g. elevator, recreation room, child play area etc)
Staff: Sr. staff is trained, sympathetic and warm but most of the jr. staff is under training
Location: as name suggest is in the wilderness. Good if everything goes well else its lonely with zero emergency support.
Food: Good. B/F starts late so if you have plans to go out early then plan to have b/f outside
