Truly a wonderful hotel the staff was awesome and the area very very peaceful. If you want to remove yourself from the hustle and bustle of Istanbul this is the place to do it. Just a few blocks away and there are plenty of cafes stores the Promenade for walking by the water which was very nearby. A great place to stay.
I found myself taking taxis everyday to other parts of Istanbul. For me it was too quiet but I am a single man. I would have preferred to be in an area where there were more restaurants and bars next to me but that's only a personal choice it doesn't mean there's anything wrong with this hotel.
В целом чисто и аккуратно. Есть всё необходимое на кухне. По одному комплекту посуды на каждого человека, кастрюля, сковородка, кофемашина, микроволновка. Ежедневная уборка.
Карфур в 10-15 мин ходьбы. есть еще небольшой супермаркет BIM на таком же расстоянии.
Мелочи, на которые можно закрыть глаза, учитывая все плюсы! Но напишу в надежде, что персонал отеля примет меры:
Светлый диванчик в гостиной нашего номера имел много пятен. И, пожалуйста, включите в уборку такое действие, как очистка ёршика для унитаза - он был в остатках туалетной бумаги от предыдущих жильцов((( )

The hotel is quiet, comfortable .

+ Location is really good, including a nice neighbourhood.
+ Rooms were large and spacious.
+ There was a nice kitchen with a nespresso machine.
+ Staff was kind, helpful and friendly.
- Cleanliness could be better. Especially the halls of the hotel were not very clean.
- The facilities are not looked after very well. The closet cover was broken.
- Rooms are not soundproof. Therefore, it can be a little noisy during nights.
One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. All the reception staff are very friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
The hotel is very peaceful and makes you feel as if you are at home.
The housekeeping service is excellent, with daily cleaning provided. The price is great considering the quality of service offered.
I hope it always remains this way.

Сотрудники замечательные,и еще плюс в том что забронировали без предоплаты,т.к белорусской картой не получалось оплатить отель в Турции

Hotel was beautiful. But one of the receptionists when I said that our room has a cigarette smell and if it’s possible to changed he said that I have my time to said this on the check in but we actually get into hotel night and left only our bags.
The bed is comfortable, and the room is designed like an apartment with a kitchen, making it highly suitable for long-term stays. Overall, the apartment was very clean, the furniture looks great, and the kitchen is perfect.
As for the location, it is on a rather quiet street within walking distance of the Ortakoy Pier. Additionally, the front of the hotel faces a lovely wooded area.
The ground-floor rooms are surrounded by an awful metal fence that blocks the view completely, making it feel like a prison. Furthermore, the windows do not seal properly against air or sound, so you can hear city noise all night. Because the hotel is located in a relatively quiet neighborhood, the noise isn't a massive issue, but you can still hear traffic from the Bosporus Bridge motorway in the distance. The room temperature also fluctuates throughout the night along with the outside weather because the poorly sealed windows allow air to draft in and out. We didn't use the AC since the weather was nice, but you would definitely need to keep the climate control running constantly during colder seasons.
Additionally, they only provide one bottle of water in total. It would be a huge improvement if the hotel provided two large bottles of water every day, especially since buying your own is a hassle—the closest market is a 10-minute walk away. Adding a desk would be a huge improvement, too. The room is designed like an apartment with a kitchen, yet there is nowhere to comfortably work or study.
If I stayed here again, I would choose higher floors facing the front side of the hotel.

It was ideal for the 3 of us and was only a 10 minute walk to Ortakoy. The facilities were good and Reception staff were very helpful.

Room facilities in general are fine and clean etc.
The sofa "bed" was approximately 1 metre long and totally inappropriate to sleep on. When asked about this we weren't permitted to upgrade even though there was a room free and we could have paid the difference. Staff really pushy afterwards on leaving a review and the location is really quite bad and far removed from anywhere.
