The onsite staff were the most attentive (but not intrusive) and helpful I have ever seen. Kudos!
Pros:

Remarkably secure indoor parking, private with remote and roll-up door. Reserve this ahead of time, they seem to have only 1 or 2 garages for all the units!

Staff was super helpful. They only speak Spanish, but called in a manager just in case English was needed. Walking distance to the cathedral and central square, for many food options. There was even free bachata dancing in the square.

Great bed, great shower, good wifi. Neighborhood felt safe in late afternoon / early evening. The advice they shared was that everything is safe in the area, as long as you are in for the night by 8 or 9pm.

Cons:

Coffeemaker should come with coffee + filter for each day of stay, and should be located on a stable surface next to a power outlet. I had to repurpose a night stand as a coffee station.
