Window Curtains didn’t fully close and privacy was skeptical. Sliding curtains should be fully functional and not see through.

Way too many emails (at least 5) and texts. Clearly auto generated with the standard generic response “depends on availability”. Needed a ground floor, handicapped room if possible. It was requested from the original booking, and all they could say was “depends on availability”. None of the auto responses included a phone number even though they suggested calling for more information. No point in booking a stay in a hotel you can’t physically get into. My mini vacation didn’t need this headache. Either they have one or they don’t..simple question. In the end, we got a ground floor room only which made using the bathroom facilities a tricky business. Vending machines were empty. Breakfast was not good, only the potatoes were edible…provided you could find a fork. Coffee pot empty. The lobby needs work. Scuffed dirty walls and some furniture torn snd scruffy.
We stay here all the time, Jay and the whole team is amazing! The entire staff goes the extra mile to accommodate you and keep the property clean. Will always choose to stay here over anywhere else.

There are no elevators. I had my 86 year old mother with me and she can’t climb stairs.
