Pros:

Had issued with cleanliness and had to call them again and again even if it’s a small requirement.

Location is good but in terms of attitude of the staff and cleanliness i would not recommend this place

Cons:

No clean rooms, dirty , paint was falling toilets were dirty too

Pros:

Only location was good. i cant find anything else good in the hotel.

Cons:

The staff was absolutely rude and negligent. nothing was working. they first put us in a room where flush wasnt working. then they took an hour to shift us to another room where there were cockroaches. my foot was fractured and i asked them to keep the ice pac in the refrigerator but they said their refrigerator was also not working. the staff talked to me as if i was their servant and didnt even help with luggage and i had to handle the luggage with fractured foot.

The room was spacious

No proper chair or sofa for sitting
One single switch used to turn on 8 lights in the bathroom it becomes uneasy and impractical in the night

Pros:

Location was good.

Cons:

1.TV could not be started. Required assistance.
2. No complimentary Tea / coffee was provided even though electrical kettle was there.
3. No flexible checking was provided even after requesting while booking that we will check in late ( around 1800 hrs) & check out at 1500 hrs.

Had very mixed fee Some good but on crucial parameters the property failed to meet our expectations.
Pros:

Breakfast was basic but good. Do not except choices on offer. However, bottled water when asked was readily provided. The location was very central and the best incentive to stay here. The rooms were comfortable but a bit on the smaller side.

Cons:

Towels provided were of poor laundry quality. The shower rotated by itself and the toiletries were basic and consisted of shower gel, shampoo and soap. The kettle was provided but had to ask for sugar, tea / coffee sachets and milk. Small cockroaches scurried near the kettle and indicated lack of pest control. The reception staff shouted out instructions to a few housekeeping staff. One reception staff leaned back on his chair against the wall and if that is the attitude when dealing with guests, then they should be made aware of basic courteous behavior.

I stayed for two nights and really didn't want to leave. Everything was clean, peaceful, and pleasant. The staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Great experience.
