Small 1 bedroom apartment style, modern, well maintaned and in a nice location.
Pros:

Location and 1 bedroom apartment layout.

Cons:

Parking was not well understood and no note in room to explain. Since no one was at the checkin, we used the lockbox to get the key. May be I missed it but a photo of the enterance to the room would have made it easier for us to find. This is suggestion and not necessarily dislike.
