Pros:

Es war einfach toll. Super süßes Zimmer, tolle Lage, die Besitzer waren sehr herzlich und das beste waren die kleinen Hunde.

Cons:

2 m daneben wird ein Hotel gebaut . Also ab 8 Uhr wird es etwas lauter.
Da man eh früher wach ist, kein Problem

Un accueil reposant et souriant
Pros:

Accueil chaleureux et attentionné, chambre très lumineuse et agréable. Un frigo à disposition et une climatisation. Petit déjeuner savoureux. Emplacement en centre ville mais calme la nuit car un peu en retrait. Rapport qualité prix au top !

Pros:

I spent 15 wonderful days at Ayu Bisma, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The family is absolutely charming and incredibly kind; they are always there to support you with whatever you need. My room was spacious, offered beautiful views, and was perfectly quiet, free from any street noise, with only the relaxing sounds of nature. I absolutely loved my experience and can't recommend it enough.

Pros:

Super Lage uns schöne Anlage. Die Familie ist super nett und herzlich. Die Zimmer waren okay aber das Bad war sehr alt und dementsprechend nicht ganz sauber. Man hat aber alles was man braucht

Pros:

Nulla è stato di nostro gradimento; basti pensare che siamo restati in struttura solo una notte, dal momento che non si poteva fare diversamente considerando che siamo arrivati molto tardi, ma il giorno dopo abbiamo cambiato albergo.

Cons:

Innanzitutto le camere che ci sono state attribuite non sono state quelle prenotate; la spiegazione data è che le camere da noi prenotate non erano disponibili.
La pulizia era pressoché assente (biancheria non pulita, insetti in camera e nel bagno, servizi non funzionanti).

You get what you pay for.. ok but nothing more.
Pros:

The owners are superfriendly, a lovely start with the continental breakfast, room had a good size.

Cons:

The rooms are really outdated. Mould in the roof and walls, which creates an unhealthy environment.

Also therefore hard to clean properly.
I would have appreciated at least 1 small bottle of water each day.

The noise were unbearable unfortunately! I didn't deep well for the 2 nights there. Contraction workers hammering already at 07 am.. and all scooters + loud talking people all night.

Only cash payment which is not clearly stated in the listing..

El personal es muy amable, la habitación era amplia y con una terracita que daba a la piscina. El desayuno era casero, fresco y estaba muy rico. Tenían dos perritas y dos gatitas muy dulces y amigables.

Pros:

I enjoyed my stay here. My room was spacious and clean. The balcony was great to relax on (note, it is shared with room next door). The Homestay is in a perfect location close to restaurants and attractions. The family at the Homestay are so friendly and helpful - they made me feel very welcome! I would recommend to anyone staying in Ubud.

Cons:

There is some construction work happening nearby but this didn’t ruin the stay.

Hemos estado una semana alojados con esta hermosa familia, desde el primer momento nos sentimos como en casa. Fueron muy atentos con nosotros y nos dieron un excelente servicio. La ubicacion es muy buena en el centro de Ubud cerca de todo lo que necesitamos (supermercado, restaurantes, spa, tiendas)
El desayuno es muy completo siendo diferente todos los dias. Las habitaciones son comodas y muy espaciosas. Es lugar muy bonito lleno de plantas y tiene una piscina perfecta para darse un baño. El trato fue muy familiar y cercano, nos fuimos encantados de este lugar. Mil gracias🙏
