בעיית חניה קשה על בסיס מקום פנוי , ואם אין מקום פנוי אז גם צריך להפעיל פנגו כל השהות ולא תמיד יש פנגו , צריך לציין במפורש שהחניה על בסיס מקום פנוי כדי שלא יהיו ציפיות

Проблема с парковой. Нету достаточно меся для всех. Пришлось ставить машину на платную парковку далеко от отеля.

Pros:

פעם ראשונה שאנחנו מתארחים במלון הזה, הצוות היה מדהים כבר בצאק אין קיבלנו שדרוג לחדר מבלי שביקשנו . החדר היה נקי מאוד חיכו לנו פינוקים בחדר וכלל לא ציפינו, הארוחת בוקר הייתה הפתעה אמיתית היה הכל , טרי ובשפע , לא היה חסר כלום ,לא נופל משום מלון של חמישה כוכבים.
והדובדבן שבקצפת, שאלנו אם ניתן אולי להאריך את שעת היציאה , והאריכו לנו עד השעה 18:00 ללא תוספת תשלום. נשארנו בלי מילים...צוןת מדהים, ללא ספק נחזור!

Cons:

בגלל שהגענו ללילה אחד אז פחות הפריע אבל אם היינו מגיעים ליותר אני חושבת שחשוב שיהיה ארון לפרוק את המזוודות. חוץ מזה...היה פשוט מושלם.

שרות נהדר,גאלינה מנהלת הערב בדקה בערב שהכול בסדר ,ומאוד הופתענו וזה בהחלט מעיד על השרות הטוב של המלון .
יש לציין שאף שודרגנו ברמת החדר ללא בקשה שגם זה היה נהדר.
