nothing really- amazing stay! It would have been nice to have a private bookable onsen for me and my partner to experience together but did not change opinions overally as it was amazing!

Pros:

This is the most beautiful, peaceful hotel we have stayed in during our trip across Japan. Rooms are generously sized, facilities are beautiful, it’s located in a prime spot and the staff were incredibly friendly. It was so amazing that we ended up extending our trip!

Der Eingangsbereich war sehr traditionell und schön gestaltet.

Cons:

Leider war die Sauberkeit nicht in Ordnung. Viele lange Haare auf dem Boden im Zimmer, Staub auf den Oberflächen sowie auch Flecken auf den Garnituren. Personal könnte aufmerksamer sein,. Frühstück bitte meiden und etwas vor Ort kaufen! An 3 von 4 Tagen waren die bestellten Boxen falsch.

日本の伝統建築を体感できるラグジュアリーステイ
Pros:

街中の好立地にありとても便利で、ホテルが京町家を活かした作りになっていて、素敵でした。外からの騒音もなく、部屋もコンパクトながらトイレとシャワー室が別々に完備されていて、快適に過ごせる設えでした！大浴場も綺麗で洗い場も多くて良かったです。

Les chambres étaient super confortables et l'emplacement excellent.

Cons:

Nous n'avons pas apprécié l'interaction avec l'un des membres de l'accueil qui était francophone. Il voulait à tout prix nous imposer une entreprise pour envoyer le bagage alors qu'elle était plus chère en nous disant que c'était trop compliqué, qu'il fallait faire un dossier etc. Nous avons donc téléchargé l'application de l'entreprise qu'il voulait nous imposer mais notre hôtel n'était pas dans leur base de données. Du coup il a accepté de faire le "dossier" pour envoyer la valise avec l'entreprise que nous voulions depuis le début. Il se trouve que le "dossier" était juste une petit formulaire avec mon nom, prénom et la destination !
Le reste de l'équipe de l'hôtel était super agréable mais cet échange avec le seul hote français de l'équipe nous a laissé un goût très amer...
