for €50–55 per night, i wasn’t expecting a large or modern room, but i did expect better maintenance and cleanliness. i
Pros:

the location was great for our needs since we chose it close to our conference venue. there were also plenty of options nearby, including restaurants, 24h fast food, and a market, which made everything very convenient.

Cons:

i think the cleanliness could be improved. the rug on the floor was dirty and the curtains had stains. the room didn’t smell well aired out. the bathtub had rust in some areas. my friends in the next room also received towels with stains. additionally, if the room is meant for two people, it would make more sense to provide two towels instead of one, and slippers would have been useful as well.

Riscaldamento quasi inesistente e con -10 la notte non è bello,il letto matrimoniale erano 2 letti singoli affiancati quindi una coppia che vuole stare assieme uno dei 2 finisce per forza in mezzo ai 2 materassi sprofondando visto che non erano tenuti insieme in alcun modo, le condizioni igieniche della camera pietose a dire poco, in bagno c'era un assorbente usato dal precedente inquilino della camera, pareti e tetto del bagno sporchissime, moquette a terra non ha visto una pulizia da quando e stata montata chissà quanti anni fa, c'erano macchie nere a terra, accappatoio con macchie di ruggine e in 4 giorni nessuno e venuto a rifare il letto o a cambiare gli asciugamani, onestamente mai successa una roba del genere, dico solo che mi sono venuti pure dei funghi in faccia, state lontani da questo luogo

Nu am fost in vacanta, am ales locatia fiind la 15 min de spital, a fost OK pentru banii platiti.
Pros:

Locatia nu dispune de mic dejun.

Cons:

Locatie fara lift, vederea spre blocurile vecine, trebuie sa stai tot timpul cu draperiile trase, aer conditionat exista, dar nu l-am folosit deoarece condensul nu se scurgea afara ci in camera(jos pe mocheta), patul cam vechi(scartaie din toate incheiturile), frigiderul din camera nu prea ingheta, insa este unul pe hol care este excelent, un plus insa, este aparat de cafea cu cafeaua aferenta, zahar si tot ce trebuie.
