Cleanliness and quietness.
I requested an early check-in, and even though it was short notice, they did their best to accommodate us. The place is beautiful, cozy, and very clean, truly a home away from home. The host was very warm and responded promptly. I’m definitely coming back.

The cleanliness and the layout of the room was good and proper.
There was no one to open the gate for us on arrival. I was outside, honking for over 15 min trying to access the place, until the parents opened - after what seemed like forever.
The manually operating gate was another downside. Had to get out of the car at 2am to open the gate. Should consider an electric motor, especially with the bushes situation outside the gate. I felt unsafe opening and closing the gate at that time.
On the day the room we were allocated didn't have a key. Apparently the host took the keys with them on their trip. We had to sleep with an unlocked door, The curtains are also partially see through. With your room light on, someone can see you from outside if they are close to the window.
The wifi password was not made available. Standard practice should be writing it and putting it somewhere in the room where the guests can easily see it, without having to ask for it.
Generally a great place with a big potential that I could revisit only if these few aspects can be looked into.
