Great value accommodation, helpful staff and comfortable room
Pros:

Great hotel for our first week in India. We don't have much to compare to here yet but we felt it was a very good value hotel. Big comfortable bed, great AC and fan, decent wifi with a smart TV. The room was spacious and the bathroom fine with a decent shower and fairly clean. The staff were very helpful and professional with communication before & during the stay and even gave us some tips for our stay. Tea and coffee facilities in the corridor.

Cons:

The room itself was clean enough overall but there were a few hairs in the bed. The sheets and rest of the room felt clean so maybe these were from housekeeping. The tea and coffee making area could use some more daily attention as they were often under stocked and needed a clean to keep the ants away. The location was fine for us but may be a bit far out of more tourist friendly areas for some people. To visit the fort area we got affordable tuktuks to the ferry port and the ferry is very cheap. There are decent restaurants, supermarket, shopping mall and off license are walking distance or short tuktuk away.

Location is quite accessible

Cons:

No on site parking. Parking is provided on a separate property.
Tea/coffee amneties was not provided in the room but placed in the corridor. Only tea bag and coffee powder was there, no sugar or cream.
Toilet seat was broken.
Even 4th floor gets lot of mosquitoes at night.

Avevo prenotato 3 notti in questo hotel, alla fine c'è stato cancellato il volo e siamo rimasti per 6.
Ci siamo trovati molto bene, le camere sono spaziose e pulite, con aria condizionata.
Il personale assolutamente gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi nostra esigenza.

Clean, comfortable, quiet, safe and very reasonable. Manu the Manager, was incredible and went out of his way to help us book all our India train tickets. He recommended excellent local restaurants. The hotel is 1 km from the train which was very handy.

Cons:

Really nothing. It was a grsat choice for a short stay.

Amazing Stay at Reach Inn
Pros:

The room was great at the price with a comfortable bed & good internet. I especially liked the owner, who was easy-going and super helpful. The area was local and a bit hectic, but it was easy to get to the fort area in a taxi.

Cons:

As others have said before, it was rather noisy at times. Noise coming from the other guests. I still give the Reach Inn a 10 out of 10 because I felt very comfortable there!

Pros:

I had an excellent stay at Reach Inn in Kochi. The room was spotless, the facilities were well‑maintained, and the staff were consistently warm, helpful, and attentive. For the price, the value was outstanding—far better than many hotels in this category. Everything was smooth, comfortable, and hassle‑free. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kochi. Special thanks to Manu at the front desk. He is a superstar!
