10/10 hopefully we will be able to stay there again!
Pros:

Everything was perfect and very comfortable! My son was like we need to stay here more often! Very convenient and down the street from various stores.

Cons:

I couldn’t find the remote but it’s ok we connected my son’s xbox and used that.

Pros:

The property is in a gated community. Close to hospital and businesses.

Cons:

I didn’t like that for some reason the management company makes you download 2 apps in order to get your instructions to enter and then they left a key in the door, with door unlocked, a day after I checked in. I no longer felt safe and had to have police clear the unit. The person in charge of the unit didn’t even apologize for the scare. Just said, “that’s what I thought”. When you’re far from home and visiting a sick loved one, this is not the customer service you need and want. It’s a business but the customer service needs to improve.

Not far from downtown Austin, took us 20 minutes in good traffic to get to Ballet Austin in downtown.
