Excellent séjour à Hotel Safari Suite, nous reviendrons !
Pros:

Le personnel est très à l'écoute et attentif à notre bien être. Ils proposent des safaris à la journée à un très bon prix. Les guides qui se sont occupés de nous étaient géniaux, nous avons adoré l'expérience. Le propriétaire nous a également proposé de nous offrir le spectacle de danse traditionnel, qui était vraiment super.
Ils nous ont envoyé un tuktuk pour nous amener à l'hôtel et nous ramener au bus à notre départ, et ont réservé le bus pour nous.
La chambre est confortable et spatieuse. Elle n'est pas très bien insonorisée mais la rue est très calme, tout en étant à quelques minutes de la rue principale et du parc.

Cons:

Si les voisins sont bruyants dans le couloir, ça peut être désagréable.
L'eau de la douche n'est pas très chaude, mais comme le climat est chaud, ce n'est pas très grave.

If you are visiting Chitwan, stay at Hotel Safari Suite. The team here makes you feel like family and takes care of every detail. They organized our entire itinerary, including a fantastic Jeep safari and a very serene canoeing trip where we saw so much wildlife. The elephant safari was also a major highlight—the guides are clearly very experienced and knowledgeable. After a long day in the jungle, coming back to the comfort and great food at the hotel was perfect. We can’t wait to come back!"

Pros:

Our suite was clean, comfortable and spacious, we loved having a private balcony with a viee to greenery and many different birds. Their offer for full day safari was good price and they also organized a private transport to kathmandu at a good price and was very good. They can organize anything you need really. Staff was kind and helpful. In a small quiet street, quick walk to everything. Very recommended.

Pros:

Everything. Warm and hospitable. Plus, they made me a pack lunch twice as I couldn’t eat there breakfast on-site as I had tours booked. Plus, I was picked up and dropped off. Honestly, they were brilliant!!!!

Cons:

After 10pm you can hear people from downstairs. I suggest they lower there voices or encourage people to talk outside as the noise travels up to the rooms disturning hurts that require peace.

Pros:

お値段の割に清潔ですし、繁華街に近いのに静かで落ち着けました。スタッフの対応も非常に良いです。ちょうど暴動の最中だったのですが、日本語勉強中の若い男性がいろいろ情報をくれ、急な延泊にも快く対応してくれました。テラスの椅子に座り、のんびり時を過ごしたのが、良い思い出です。ぜひおすすめしたいホテルです。

位置距离犀牛广场较远，需要走进小巷子里，晚上很黑，房间小，服务十分不好，老板很坏。因为各种游玩项目报价偏高，所以我们没在酒店订。前一天晚上提前说了要六点吃早餐，因为我们六点半要去坐出去玩，员工也答应了，结果第二天早晨起来，厨师说老板不让做，非得七点才允许吃早餐，我们说那你就把早餐的面包鸡蛋啥的给我们带走点，不用做了，厨师也不答应。找到前一天晚上答应我们六点可以吃早餐那个员工理论，员工扔说没问题，而且看他手里端出来的盘子也有吃的，结果这个员工和厨师说让给我们做早餐，厨师告诉他是老板说的，不给我们做。我们多方理论，厨师给老板打电话，得到的回复，就是不给我们吃早餐，必须等到7点。头一天，我们问老板早餐几点，他还说我们出去玩的，六点就得吃早餐，所以，我认为这就是因为我们没在酒店订游玩项目所以故意刁难。这还不是最奇葩的，最奇葩的是怕我给差评，竟然告诉booking平台我没有按期入住。这波操作简直震惊我了，这个老板是个三岁小孩儿吗？简直不可理喻。
