A gem of a little place. Amazing staff and owner!
Pros:

Everything. Warm and hospitable. Plus, they made me a pack lunch twice as I couldn’t eat there breakfast on-site as I had tours booked. Plus, I was picked up and dropped off. Honestly, they were brilliant!!!!

Cons:

After 10pm you can hear people from downstairs. I suggest they lower there voices or encourage people to talk outside as the noise travels up to the rooms disturning hurts that require peace.

Pros:

お値段の割に清潔ですし、繁華街に近いのに静かで落ち着けました。スタッフの対応も非常に良いです。ちょうど暴動の最中だったのですが、日本語勉強中の若い男性がいろいろ情報をくれ、急な延泊にも快く対応してくれました。テラスの椅子に座り、のんびり時を過ごしたのが、良い思い出です。ぜひおすすめしたいホテルです。

位置距离犀牛广场较远，需要走进小巷子里，晚上很黑，房间小，服务十分不好，老板很坏。因为各种游玩项目报价偏高，所以我们没在酒店订。前一天晚上提前说了要六点吃早餐，因为我们六点半要去坐出去玩，员工也答应了，结果第二天早晨起来，厨师说老板不让做，非得七点才允许吃早餐，我们说那你就把早餐的面包鸡蛋啥的给我们带走点，不用做了，厨师也不答应。找到前一天晚上答应我们六点可以吃早餐那个员工理论，员工扔说没问题，而且看他手里端出来的盘子也有吃的，结果这个员工和厨师说让给我们做早餐，厨师告诉他是老板说的，不给我们做。我们多方理论，厨师给老板打电话，得到的回复，就是不给我们吃早餐，必须等到7点。头一天，我们问老板早餐几点，他还说我们出去玩的，六点就得吃早餐，所以，我认为这就是因为我们没在酒店订游玩项目所以故意刁难。这还不是最奇葩的，最奇葩的是怕我给差评，竟然告诉booking平台我没有按期入住。这波操作简直震惊我了，这个老板是个三岁小孩儿吗？简直不可理喻。

Excellent place to stay in Chitwan!
Pros:

I was very impressed with this room and enjoyed my stay in Sauraha. I was given a large room facing the street with windows on three sides. In the mornings, I would often sit outside on the balcony watching and photographing the birds (including hornbills and woodpeckers) visiting the trees across the road. The air conditioning was very effective, and the manager providing a big table so that I could easily work in the room. The bed was comfortable, and the included breakfast, while a little unusual (boiled carrots, cauliflower and green beans for breakfast?) was nice. The location was also ideal, as it was on a fairly quiet street but just a 5-minute walk to the river front, where rhinos and crocodiles could often be seen. One night, a rhino actually ran down the street in front of the hotel, adding some excitement to the evening. I would definitely plan to stay here again if I ever return to Chitwan.

Cons:

Not the hotel's fault, but the electricity went off from time to time, including the entire last night of my stay there. Otherwise, however, outages were typically fairly short, and normally I could enjoy the cool A/C during the heat of the day as well as at night.

A place to stay in Chitwan that will definitely leave you with fond memories
Pros:

I was able to a wonderful time in Chitwan thanks to kind hotel staff here. They picked me up and dropped me off at the bus station from hotel, so I didn’t have to take a taxi. My room had a private bathroom and air conditioner, so it was comfortable to stay there for two nights. They prepared a nice tour of canoeing safari for finding crocodiles and Jeep safari that suited my needs for a reasonable price. A tour guide they prepared for me was also kind and I enjoyed time with them a lot.

Pros:

Hotel staff was kind and helpful. We had an issue with the bus company covering the route Sauraha-Pokhara and the owner dealt with them to solve it. They pick you up and drop off at Sauraha bus station which is very convenient. AC works great. Rooms clean and nice.

Cons:

Breakfast could be improved, specially the bread and coffee. We missed hangers in the wardrobes.

Pros:

I really recommend Hotel Safari Suite. That was the nicest and cleanest hotel that I've encountered during my visit to Nepal. Everything was as in description, including electric kettle with tea and coffee in the room. When I visited they also offered complimentary pickup and drop off at the bus station. The hotel is located in the quiet street that was within the walking distance to shops, restaurants and the river side.

The park guide associated with the hotel deserves a special recognition. We went with him on a private whole day jeep safari and he went above and beyond to show us as many animals as possible. We saw two tigers that day, while many other people didn't have such luck.

Pros:

I like everything about the hotel specially the friendly staff they were there at anytime for us. They are always making sure everything is okay. The room is quite affordable for its size and quality. We are so happy to choose this hotel and we will be coming back and will recommend it to our family and friends.

Birdlovers place!!
Pros:

The roof top is perfect for birders since it has a view on an old orchard garden full of woodpeckers, warblers, magpies, tit birds, sparrow hawks, kites, Alexandrine parakeets, bulbuls.We even watched a white stork flying over and an ibis resting nearby.Koels are miawing in the morning.This is the perfect location for ornithology. I think they ve got binoculars downstairs to borrow.The room had decent AC and hot water shower.The hotel is located not far from the water where we watched wild crocodiles.A lot of elephants in the area as well.Take this hotel when you love nature.
