The services and staff were great
The wifi was pretty bad

Room was booked through Booking.com. when checked in, no booking was with the property. After two hours waiting we got the room. I am very old member of Booking.com, it's first time I was embarrassed.
The view was nice .. food was good..
They have less staff which causes delay in room service... The room doesn't have fridge nor electric kettle... My overall experience was average

Unprofessional booking staff. No TV system working, things are only for show off….. Totally irresponsible hoteling experience.
Staff, service, facilities and location
Approach road from main road, which is only few metres but is in very bad condition.
The location is ideal if you prefer staying away from the hustle and bustle of the main Kalam market. The property itself is excellent; however, if any issues arise, you can expect exceptional after-sales service and support from Luxus.
During our stay, we encountered a few issues. However, what truly impressed me was the way the Luxus team handled the situation afterward.
Ms. Nosheen from the Lahore office personally called me, listened patiently to my concerns, and offered a sincere apology on behalf of the brand. Her professionalism, empathy, and genuine willingness to understand the guest experience left a very positive impression on me.
To me, this is what makes a good hospitality chain. No property is perfect, and occasional issues can arise anywhere. What matters most is the ability to listen to customers, acknowledge their feedback, and take corrective action where needed. It takes an open mind and a customer-first approach to turn feedback into an opportunity for improvement.
I greatly appreciate the care and attention shown by Ms. Nosheen and the Luxus team. Their commitment to guest satisfaction and continuous improvement is commendable and reflects positively on the brand as a whole.
Location! View from the balcony. Far from noisy bazar! Compact. Elevator even here. Hot water 24/7!!!!! Light 24/7!!!!

Only local tourists in the hotel don’t know what is private space: on loud music, talking very loud! Going to sleep at mid night!
