The inspector for the room checked in with us about a bed cover that she wanted to switch out to a different one because it had a stain. With her saying that and pointing it out stood out to us because it made us feel better about our stay and how much the staff values the cleanliness of the rooms. Overall out stay was an excellent experience and we are pleased that we decided to stay with this hotel.
I think everything was good and we liked our stay here.
Las sabana olían mal las almohadas también, las cortina’s no se podía cerrar y entra a toda la Luz del parqueo toda la noche se escucho el ruido del tren me retiré un día antes por la verdad se veía muy sucio el lugar

Es ist ein relativ altes Hotel was gestunken hat, zerrissene Vorhänge, Loch in der Dusche
Man hat versucht es gut aussehen zu lassen aber Bewertung in booking stimmen nicht überein es war enttäuschend.
Wir mussten abreisen da es ein privates Problem gab!
Störend auch das bei Ankunft versucht wurde uns ein neues rental Car zu vermitteln weil wir zu viel bezahlt hätten. Danach Stimmung nicht mehr so gut das darauf hingewiesen wurde das wir einfach unsere Zimmer haben wollten!

THEY DIDN'T CLEAN MY ROOM INTO I GOT ON THEM TO DO IT THEN WHEN I LEFT OUT FOR TWO HOURS AND CAME BACK THEY PUT THE SAME DIRTY SHEETS BACK ON THE BED THEY DIDN'T CLEAN THE BATHROOM AT ALL , THEY PUT THE DIRTY TOWELS IN THE TUB THEY DIDN'T VACUUM AT ALL THEY DIDN'T TAKE OUT THE TRASH AT ALL THAT HOTEL SUCKS I GIVE IS AN, F THEY FLUNK

Breakfast needs help, large groups waiting for refills, food out. Crowded area that people block to exit dining room. One staff member is not enough to handle all people.

Smell, dirty, bugs, etc. Would NOT recommend. Pictures must be either very old or technically not this hotel. Very gross & bad. I wouldn't have my enemies stay here even.
