Las habitaciones son grandes y confortables. Viajabamos en familia con 2 niños pequeños y un bebé y todo fue fácil. La ubicación, un poco alejada del centro pero en una zona con muchas tiendas y restaurantes, bastante residencial, nos encantó también.
Location is good and the staff are great.
We have visited this hotel multiple times without encountering any problems. However, during our stay in February of this year, we faced a series of issues related to the food and were placed in a room adjacent to one undergoing modernization, resulting in unbearable noise. As a goodwill gesture, we were offered an upgrade for our next visit.
I made another booking for April, but when we arrived at our room, it was not an upgrade. I reached out to the reception, and they provided us with a different room, which, in my view, was not an upgrade; it merely had an additional bed, which we accepted nonetheless.
Once again, we experienced problems with the food. I ordered a cheese and tomato pizza but received one with ham instead, and I was informed that this was what I had ordered, despite my receipt indicating otherwise.
Upon further inspection of the room, I found it to be in poor condition, with unvacuumed carpets and pink slime in the shower grout, which is typically a bacteria known as Serratia marcescens. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls, the dust was appalling, and there was food and debris under the bed. Additionally, when I wiped the bathroom floor, it was filthy—far from what one would expect from a four-star hotel. I emailed the manager and messaged the front desk, and I was told that they were investigating the matter. However, I have not received any further response, which is very disappointing.
Always clean and staff pleasant & helpful
Staff were very friendly & helpful. We had our dog with us & so we were out & about a lot & we didn’t get to use all the facilities but the dinner in the bar was really nice.

- Wir mussten am ersten Tag einen Zimmerwechsel anfordern, da die Klappcouch für unser Kind den Weg ins Bad und zum Ausgang versperrt hat ( zwar wurde uns ein neues Zimmer zugeteilt, aber wir mussten dafür schnell alles zusammen räumen und wenn es jedes Mal so ist, dass man zunächst ein zu kleines Zimmer bekommt, bis man sich meldet, finde ich das nicht gut)
- Regelmäßig wurden wir in den Morgenstunden und am früher Vormittag vom Personal kontaktiert, ob man aufräumen darf, sowohl haben die mehrmals an die Tür geklopft, als auch telefonisch. Das nervt und Hotels mit Kartensystem sollten eigentlich eine Übersicht haben, wer zur Stadtbesichtigung raus ist und wer noch im Zimmer ist. Das zog sich bis zum letzten Tag.
- Bereits am letzten Tag war unsere Zimmerkarte ausgeloggt, so dass wir dafür extra zur Rezeption gehen mussten.
- Zwei (!) Mal hatten wir eine ohrenbetäubenden Alarm, durch den wir in Schockstare gerieten und dachten, es sei etwas wirklich schlimmes passiert. Wir wurden danach nicht benachrichtigt, sondern mussten selber anrufen, um zu erfahren, dass nichts passiert war.
- Uns haben Anfangs die Bettdecke und das Kissen für unser Kind gefehlt. Dies wurde von einem Mann und einer Frau gebracht, die sich vor uns auf einer wohl slawischen Sprache unterhalten haben und über uns sprachen (ich verstand Brocken)
- Wir wurden gebeten, unsere Schlüssel für unser Auto abzugeben.
- Diesbezüglich hätten wir uns selber besser informieren können, aber die Gegend war nicht gerade ungefährlich. Bei „Westminster“ dachte ich zunächst an gehobene Gegend, aber nein. Wenn es dunkel wurde, hatten wir ein mulmiges Gefühl und in der Gegend sind Gangs. Während unseres Aufenthalts wurde nicht weit weg in Camden ein Gangmitglied erschossen.
- Wenige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt am Hotel, nur ein Kiosk und ein Metzger.
- Fußläufig war nichts wirklich nah erreichbar.
- Beim Frühstücksbuffet haben sich die Mitarbeiter an der Ausgabe einmal vor den Gästen gezankt.
