Pros:

My room was comfortable and very clean.
I was also upgraded
Great location near the bus stop with easy access to Oxford Street and other key locations

Cons:

The building looks so old and run down from outside.
There is only one drive in/drive out

We really enjoyed our stay, we would use this hotel again and recommend it.
Pros:

We liked the location as it was not too touristy. The bedroom was great for a family of four. Great selection of food at breakfast time. The room was really clean.

Pros:

Accueil sympa, tout confort, petit déjeuner varié et raffiné, quartier calme (Regent's Park) proche du centre, que demander de plus? Le petit plus : ils ont deux chambres en duplex communiquant via 1 escalier, facile pour les familles.

Tout était bien, séjour fabuleux

Micul dejun excelent, cafeaua foarte buna, poziția destul de aproape de centru și de mijloace de transport, patul foarte confortabil. Curățenie zilnică.

Cons:

Am avut camere nerenovate, nu știu restul hotelului cum este dar mobila în cele două camere rezervate de noi era veche, în niciun caz la nivelul unui hotel de 4 stele. Produsele de igiena la baie insuficiente, ni s-a făcut refill dar cu economie exagerată, tot insuficiente au fost. Dușul este extrem de incomod, cu cap ne-detașabil.

It was all very good & comfortable, better than expected just a 10-15 min walk to nearest tube which was ok & other amenities.

Staff very professional and helpfull.
Spotless throughout.
Diverse and very reasonably priced menu.
Rooms sizes suprisingly spacious, for a London City hotel.
On site private parking at £30 for 24 hours was a moderate surchage for the locarion.

Cons:

Access to the hotel exterior carpark from nearby roads could be better signposted.
Access is from Lodge road, but the proximity to Regents Park makes this area very busy traffic wise at all times.
