Breakfast was good, varied & staff were lovely
The is a little tired. Most wood needs re-staining, particularly the doors & headboard.
The air conditioning was not working, and we were awake most of the night. We booked this hotel as we had an early flight but we'd have been better staying at home and making the drive from Columbia, SC. We would have had a better night of sleep.

We had an early flight on March 31St and never had a chance to eat breakfast.
Checked into hotel around 9.20 PM. Went to bed at 10PM. Woke up to 11.00PM and /reefer tractor trailer running below our room. Went to front desk at Midnight and asked why tractor/trailer was parked below our room, and keeping us awake. Front desk said they didn't have any other space for tractor/trailer to park, but they could put us in another room. I rejected to make a move to another to another room, because we had to be up at 4AM to catch transportation to Charlotte airport.
Hotel should have a designated area where reefers are parked away from rooms so current customers traveling can get some sleep. In turn, when we checked out Hotel gave us a 40.00 credit. Even though they gave me a credit this was a very disturbing night.
Great beds, close to airport, excellent shuttle service, Leticia at front desk always so nice. Breakfast pretty good selection! Clean and comfortable!
Pillows were a little soft!
The bedroom was clean, tidy, comfortable and a good size. The staff were helpful. The shuttle TO the airport was good.
There was no provision for food, you had to leave the hotel to get anything to eat. There were no instructions on the website on how or when the shuttle bus collected FROM the airport. As an international traveller after a long flight I was having difficulty with my phone., so could not call the hotel. It would be good to have a regular timetable that the airport shuttle collected from the airport. We resorted to a taxi, which cost $30 for a 5 minute ride.
