Buen hotel si tenes agua caliente
Pros:

La instalaciones están bien tanto el hotel en gral como la habitación, es un poco distante del centro pero si venís en un vuelo estás de paso está perfecto, si tengo que destacar algo de la atención el personal de la cocina de la mañana y la recepción me han atendido muy bien solo el turno mañana.

Cons:

Entiendo que si bien debe haber sido una situación de fuerza mayor o una falla técnica de emergencia es que no había agua caliente, puedo comprender la situación pero lo que más me molestó es que llegue a las 17:50 y la recepcionista del turno tarde no me informó de esta situación, cuando disponíamos con mi familia el momento de ducharnos para calentar el cuerpo antes de dormir nos encontramos sin agua caliente, cuando fui a consultar me dijo que me había dicho a mi ingreso cosa que es mentira, y me trató muy mal mirándome con cara de desprecio diciendo que no sabía cuando lo iban a solucionar y me tiró una tarjeta para que reclame al gerente, la verdad que una falta de respeto y consideración con la situación, no deje el hotel porque era de noche y no sabía dónde ir, lamento mucho esta situación.

Friendly and helpful
Pros:

The staff were FABULOUS! They were so friendly and accommodating. My shuttle driver had great reccs. for grabbing a bite to eat and was so helpful and friendly. The receptionist showed me where the coffee and water were when I arrived. (I arrived very early) and when the room was ready allowed me to check in early. My driver the next day back to the airport was great too. The room was fine and the location was as you would expect next to an airport maybe even a little better as I was able to find some neighborhoody areas where I could take a walk. I left to early to check out breakfast.

I would say that this is probably the best hotel. I’ve been in at this price point ever there. I can’t fault it.
Pros:

Everything was just lovely it was clean. It was comfortable. The friendly staff from the minute. I called that the shuttle guy was there George and he was so nice and just everyone was just kind and helpful.

Nice place and good value
Pros:

The room was very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our brief stay.

Cons:

My husband uses a CPAP machine to sleep, and the outlet by the bed was connected to the ceiling light in the entry way. We had to leave the light on all night, There was probably a solution, but it was very late when we got to bed, and were too tired to explore other solutions.

Everything was fine after I got over the check n experience. Maybe that's ow you trip people to get more money from them. I don't know.

Cons:

I got there about 30 min early and asked if I could check in, and they said yes. I know I could have paid $25 to check in at 1pm. I got in the room, and I received a notification that I was charged $25 on my credit card by Winham. Had I been told yes, you can check in now for $25. I would have waited til exactly 4pm. I thought that was really unprofessional and crappy to be honest.
