Friendly staff, but room for improvements
Pros:

Good location, friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Strong shower.

Cons:

No fridge in room despite saying so on booking.com. Although clean, we’ve seen much better in other hotels in Nepal for less money. Only two small / flat pillows in the room. Exhaust in shower not working.

Gem in a great neighbourhood
Pros:

Excellent breakfast and location, very helpful staff, they have a lot of suggestions and help with general travelling issues - going above and beyond. There are laundry facilities and daily room cleaning as needed.

Cons:

Perhaps can offer more meal options however there are so many nearby options for lunch and dinner and I would rarely want to stay inside all day - so no issue at all

Mooie locatie met een glimlach
Pros:

De locatie en de kamer waren prachtig. De ontvangst was uitstekend. De gastvrouw was altijd vriendelijk en behulpzaam en altijd met een glimlach.

Pros:

staff were super lovely and accommodating - letting us keep our bags there all day even after we'd checked out. room was huge and tv worked great. bed was super comfortable and big too.

Great Value, Clean, and Roomy
Pros:

This is a great location, very close to Thamel and Ason but also tucked away in a little quiet alley. The room-size was great and the hotel was very clean. The staff were super friendly and helpful as well.
