Room lovely and clean. Big comfy bed. Lots of nice restaurants, coffee shops and bars nearby. 15 min walk to metro. Very quiet.

Наше пребывание в Icon Hotel Bomonti в Стамбуле оставило исключительно приятные впечатления. Это действительно современный, новый отель с очень стильным и продуманным дизайном номеров — всё выглядит свежо, красиво и уютно. Отдельно хочется отметить идеальную чистоту: номера содержатся в безупречном состоянии, что делает отдых максимально комфортным.
Сервис в отеле на высшем уровне — чувствуется внимание к деталям и искреннее желание сделать пребывание гостей приятным. Особенно хочется поблагодарить сотрудников на ресепции за их доброжелательность, профессионализм и готовность помочь в любой ситуации. Отдельная благодарность Шэр — она была невероятно внимательной, приветливой и сделала наше пребывание ещё более комфортным.
Также хочется отметить великолепную работу команды клининга. Шила и Ясуф заслуживают особой похвалы — благодаря их стараниям номера всегда были идеально чистыми, аккуратными и свежими.
Спасибо всей команде отеля за прекрасный сервис и тёплую атмосферу. С удовольствием вернёмся снова и будем рекомендовать этот отель всем, кто ищет качественный отдых в Стамбуле!

Pros:

The hotel was very clean lile the lobby the rooms itself. I had surgery so i requested it to be clean thoroughly. They did but sometimes you could see it was rushed a little

Cons:

The location of the hotel wasnt good, nothing around. We had to take a taxi everywhere.
