Good location. Beautifu hotel and garden with a nice pool to cool down

Cons:

Our king room suites was nice and spacious but the AC made loud noises all night. It needs to be maintained. Also, there were many mosquitoes around the property so don't forget to bring OFF with you. The wonderful breakfast that was said when we booked this hotel...there was nothing more than a bowl of fruits, granola, yogurt and some bread...not so sure what wonderful about those?? 😆

Супер отель.
Pros:

Номер чистый, но душ был не очень. Лилась тоненькая струйка воды. Мыться было сложно. Гамак был превосходным. Здорово было на нём релаксировать. Месторасположение прекрасное. Пока идёшь до Площади с собором как раз проходишь через все улочки с магазинами и кафешками. Рядом с отелем находится ещё одна разрушеная Кирха. Мы были на пасху, там как раз было празднование. Очень аутентично.

Cons:

Почините душ в номере.

Een super locatie in een leuk deel van valladolid, prachtig tuin met heerlijk zwembadje. Sfeervolle kamer, hartelijke ontvangst. Met ontbijt absoluut een super goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding.

Si vous pouvez choisir un autre hôtel dans Valladolid, faîtes le !
Pros:

Le jardin luxuriant de l’hôtel ainsi que la gentillesse du personnel sont à souligner.

Cons:

En revanche, la gestion de l'hôtel laisse clairement à désirer.

Le directeur s’est montré peu agréable et semble davantage préoccupé par la rentabilité que par le confort des clients.

L’entretien, notamment celui de la piscine, est insuffisant et plusieurs chambres sont vétustes.

Avant notre arrivée, j’avais envoyé un email pour demander une chambre côté jardin, afin d’éviter le bruit de la rue. Je n’ai jamais reçu de réponse. Sur place, malgré ma demande réitérée, le directeur n’a rien voulu entendre et nous a attribué une chambre côté rue.

Résultat : une nuit quasiment blanche, avec un bruit constant de circulation (camions, voitures, deux-roues), accentué par une absence totale d’insonorisation.

Nous avons pu changer de chambre le lendemain, mais pour une chambre nettement plus petite.

Par ailleurs, le débit d’eau dans la chambre était très faible, ce qui est peu acceptable.

Concernant la piscine, les photos sont trompeuses : l’eau, annoncée comme claire et bleue, était en réalité trouble, rendant la baignade impossible. Bien que le problème ait été signalé et qu’un pisciniste ait été contacté, notre séjour étant court (3 nuits), nous n’avons jamais pu en profiter.

Enfin, malgré ces désagréments, notre demande de dédommagement en fin de séjour s'est soldé par une réduction de 20 euros...

L'hôtel est calme et reposant avec son jardin luxuriant, et son décor.

Cons:

Des chiens du voisinage ont abboyé une bonne partie de la première nuit. Les deux autres nuits ont été calmes et reposantes. Prévoyez des bouchons d'oreilles si vous êtes sensibles aux aboiements.

Matig, blij dat we hier maar 1 nacht verbleven.
Pros:

Kamers ruim en schoon, maar (los v koloniale stijl) erg gedateerd. Alsof je in t bed van opa&oma slaapt met dito beddengoed. We hadden ook 1 hutje geboekt maar dat zat tegen een soort hondenopvang aan. De hele nacht geblaf en heet. T ‘zwembad’ oogt niet echt schoon.
