Pros:

Endroit splendide !! Le jardin , les extérieurs, les chambres...tout est soigné, Propre, beau . Proche du centre (10 mn à pied) Seul regret, de n'y avoir passé que seule nuit.

La posizione, il giardino interno e la cordialità dello staff.
Abbiamo prenotato un bungalow aperto (anche con bagno all’aperto) per due notti. Purtroppo a causa di aria fredda proveniente da nord la notte è stata molto fredda, per cui abbiamo lasciato la camera dopo la prima notte.
I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e ci hanno rimborsato la notte cancellata (non avendo disponibilità per altre stanze).

Great value and close to the action
Pros:

Excellent staff, amazing courtyard and pool area, nice breakfast. Very aesthetically pleasing. Great location. I would stay here again.

My bed needed an upgrade. Other than that the room was very good. Someone dented my rental car in the parking area.

Este hotel boutique está perfectamente localizado. Puedes visitar todos los sitios atractivos de la ciudad caminando, no obstante cuenta con buen estacionamiento. La dueña del hotel vive en la propiedad y se asegura que tu estancia sea agradable.

We stayed in the 'Maya casita'. Enjoyed seeing many birds in the garden. Breakfast delicious in the morning. Right across the street from the Convento de San Bernardino in Valladolid. Definitely recommend. We arrived by Tren Maya from Merida and left by Tren Maya to Cancun. Very comfortable, worked well.

Cons:

We did cook dinner in the casita a few times over our 10 day stay, but there are only small grocery stores, not much selection, within walking distance ( we did not have a car ). So many great restaurants near by that we ate dinner out most of the time. In Merida Uber worked great but in Valladolid Uber did not seem to be available. Taxis are readily available at the taxi stand s.w. of Convento.

Cons:

I paid up to get one of the most expensive rooms in the hotel. However, the room was located off the street which led to excessive noise. This was never communicated to us either from booking or the hotel

Gorgeous oasis in the heart of Valladolid

Gorgeous little oasis right in the centre of Valladolid close to lots of restaurants, shops and so much art! We booked a taxi tour to Chichen Itza, Ek Balam and the cenotes which was super convenient and great value

The room we had was a little noisy next to the main road and we only found out we could have eggs for breakfast on the last day

The setting of the whole place, the inner courtyard and the pool, surrounded by all those beautiful trees is very tasteful. Quiet and classy. The breakfast was rather basic (fruit bowl, cereal, yogurt, croissant, jam, butter, juice and coffee), but obviously one doesn’t go to Valladolid to waste time on breakfast :) The location was great, just on the side of the historical building of the Convent of San Bernardino. From the plaza in front of the convent, begins Calzada de Los Frailes, the nicest street in town.

Cons:

I wish the water in the shower were a little stronger, but that’s just a minor issue. The room was great, anyway.

it was a good stay especially if it didn’t end up being the price, about lower would have been appr.
