My stay was great, felt very welcome and nothing was too much trouble for staff
Pros:

Rooms were spacious and had everything I needed.
Restaurant was open throughout the day with varied menu. Breakfast was great and restaurant staff looked after me like family.
All hotel staff were very polite and extremely helpful, from reception right through to housekeeping
Walking distance to Jew Town or Cochin beach, or just jump in TukTuk

It’s spotless, well run, excellent front desk, great restaurant. Very close to the main tourist spots of Fort Kochi but way more reasonably priced.

Perfect for what we needed
Pros:

Central location for getting around and exploring Cochin. Good size room with everything you need. Good breakfast and restaurant for lunch and dinner if required. Staff extremely helpful.

I like the filtered pictures put on booking.com to fool people..

Cons:

The pictures.shown on booking.com are all with filters. It's a very old run down and damp property. The room are old and barely lock. Corridors smell damp and old.

The flask that the tea is served at the breakfast buffet is older than my grandmother. I have taken pictures of all this.

I need a refund from the hotel Abad Fort at Fort Kochi.
