Cons:

Furniture not in the best condition, headboard from the bed falling off and table very damaged. No small night lamp, room quite hot. I didn’t like the phone call before my stay and again after the stay, being questioned where we left the key when we had done as instructed.

The location to the airport

Cons:

We were put right at top of hotel as we couldn’t have our original room as there were issues. The room was dusty the bathroom was disgusting it hadn’t been cleaned properly there was hair all over floor pink fat stains in shower area the floor hadn’t been hoovered and the cupboards were falling apart and the best part about it was are door didn’t lock and because they were fully booked apparently we couldn’t be moved and was too short notice to get somewhere else so we had to push a chair and towel up are door. Not that I slept as worried someone come in room. The courtyard was a mess no care or attention to look after it and all it need is some tlc yea it was budget hotel but seriously there got to be some care in it. The plants on window sill were dead and look like been there for years. It’s a shame because it’s lovely building but needs some care and attention.

Fantastic proximity to Gatwick - 9 min away. Sainsbury’s across road.
Adam was spectacular. Very friendly and could not do enough for us.

Great staff and location; rooms need to be improved.
Pros:

The staff are amazingly friendly, helpful and very responsive! The location is great for the airport!

Cons:

The room backed on to an unkempt garden; there was a faint, but constant smell of damp/drainage; the handle to the bathroom door was broken and there was a large crack in the sink; the TV and remote control were dusty and there were a few cobwebs hanging over the bed.
