Staff was accommodating for anything we needed from storing luggage to recommending restaurants
Pros:

Great location staff helpful had a problem with lights in room and the genuinely did the best they could to fix it

Other than the location we felt very safe sorry did not get any pictures didn’t feel like I needed too.

Very safe and secure, continental breakfast, very clean

Cons:

Area /location. Never received my entry code to get into the building had to make several phone calls to access the building. Once I was able to speck to someone from the location everything else was smooth and good.

Friendly and helpful staff
Pros:

Welcoming staff, though not a beach property location was good. Variety needs to be added to the breakfast, being a vegetarian was hoping to see more than a banana for fruits.

Un gran día en San Juan

La ubicación y el hotel contaba con lo necesario

Cons:

El pago lo realize con anterioridad, pero además ya en el hotel me hicieron una recarga de 200 dólares, que indicaron era una garantía por daños en la habitación (la cual la entregué en las mismas condiciones que la recibí) y han pasado 4 días y no me la han devuelto, lo que ocasiona la incertidumbre de si me lo van a devolver o no. Lo que ocasionaría que por Un solo fia haya pagado más de 320 dólares, lo que sería un despropósito

Pros:

The staff was absolutely amazing. So friendly and attentive. My only concern was the description was a bit misleading. My king suite did not have a lounge chair, coffee table or coffee maker as advertised. Also their "kitchenette" was an in room sink with a microwave and minifridge. The biggest drawbacm is the lack of a shower door. Its an open access to rest of the bathroom and often lead to water flooding the bathroom. With a few simple adjustments tbis place could really be an amzing stay as its location is so amazing and the staff are excellent
