It is quite close to Alona Beach which was convenient. Just ride a tricycle to the beach.
There were ants in the rooms. When we walked in after check in (this was 5:30 PM), I hadn’t noticed the floor was wet so my son walked on it and slipped hitting his face to the ground. They offer “free breakfast” which consisted of rice, noodles, dried fish, eggs, and sardines. It was deplorable and probably the worst breakfast selection I’ve seen. They offer brunch and breakfast ala carte for a fee but refused to offer it to me as they said there was buffet. I approached the front desk to ask about this and after a phone call to the kitchen staff, they said they’d cook ala carte. Came back to the kitchen and they said no. Absolutely terrible service.

In budget room on second floor, room 203 very poor facilities, rotten and rusty under sink cabinet, was just falling apart. All bathroom is old and rusty.
Nice and clean. Good budget hotel. Less options for food. Their restaurant closes early and the restaurant nearby accepts their last order of food at 20:00. Location is not the best. It is slightly towards the interior. Need to walk to go the highway. You definitely need your own transport and rent a motorbike to get in and out.
Location wise, it is not the best option.

We booked 5 rooms all together. The rooms at Villa are very spacious and perfect for big family.
The kids specifically enjoyed the pool (very good size pool).
Staff was friendly and acommodating.
Ashamed that the family room did not a TV and Fridge.
Would be nice if they can also serve other food outside breakfast time.
