The most horrible hotel!

Cons:

This is the most horrible hotel I have ever stayed in! People walk around the hotel all night, slamming doors, shouting, staff does not respond to complaints. The room is not cleaned properly. The room has no soundproofing at all. Horrible hotel!

I may extended my stay despite the noise because of the excellent staff.
Pros:

I liked the staff who try their best to help even when not knowing other language.
I liked the free coffee and tea all day long 24/24. As middle eastern who drink Turkish coffee, i liked their generous hospitality in offering it free too and u can even make it yourself.
I liked their generous simple breakfast with ready dish full of white cheese, cucumber, tomatoes and one green lettuce with possibility to order cooked eggs .
I liked their generous hospitality big TV in the room.
Location near 15 Temmuz metro with easy access to Mall of Istanbul.

Cons:

Noise between rooms as you can hear snoring or other jobs done between famale & male. Very bad loud noise therefore NOT nice for families or when having children. They should find proper solutions to stop the noise or give those Couples rooms far from other guests.
They need to take care of extra cleaning

Freundliches Personal. Großes Zimmer.

Cons:

Viel zu laut. Man hört jedes Wort was andere im Zimmer reden. Mitten in der Nacht wurde extrem laut auf den Gängen herumlaufen und gesprochen. Der Wasserdruck der Dusche war sehr schlecht. In der Toilette waren Rückstände die nicht weg gingen.

Много е мръсно баните са много мръсни маркуча на душа е спукан хавлиите са не изпрани има следи от мръсотия по хавлите... Отседна ли бяхме за една седмица нито веднъж не ми почистиха в стаята ... Наклона в банята е обратен събира се всичката мръсна вода и през цялото време докато се къпеш става басейн ... Сифоните също бяха запушени... Мръсотията е много голяма в този хотел ! ! !
