Super find - excellent Gasthouse
Pros:

Location, rooms, bathroom and breakfast were all superb. The owner lady is so very friendly and helpful. We felt very welcome and the whole place is beautifully renovated and modernised whilst keeping its traditional German style of a Gasthouse. Very tasteful mix of new and traditional!

Cons:

There was nothing to dislike. Due to covid they aren't able to run an al a carte restaurant at present so the kitchen closes at 7pm. That's a shame but understood.

Comfortable and charming
Pros:

Delicious breakfast served in an authentic Old World room that reminded us of Schloss Mespelbrunn nearby.

Cons:

The glass shelf above the sink in our room was loose and fell, breaking a drinking glass that I had to clean up. No food was available for dinner due to a festival day celebration which we didn't know about.
