Nothing.

Cons:

It's a fraud, no hotel with this name is located at given location. There is another hotel with the name Ratan palace. The owner is not aware about booking.com.

Booking.com must verify the credentials of the hotel before listing on its site. I reached there at night around 10 pm to be nowhere.
