Pros:

Enjoyed everything about the stay except the floor had not been swept , wasn't bad but the bathroom had dirt on the floor. The other thing is having to get up and rush out . People go there for the nightlife and should be allowed to sleep in a little later and check out later.

Pros:

Nice location and nice room. Easy to get in

Cons:

Could not park our trailer there which made it very inconvenient, especially on a car show weekend, and had to pay extra for parking them after we had already paid as much as we had for the room. bed was hard

I honestly don’t know what to say about this property. I did not like the ring bell. I felt like we were being watched and our privacy invaded. It was outdated and the guest room was nicer than the master bedroom. But I think the one thing that was the worst thing of all was the TV. Couldn’t figure that out and so we had no TV for a week eight nights which is fine I guess but I was a couple shows that I would’ve liked to watch when we were home at nights.. and they never fix the pool lights so we couldn’t be in the pool after seven. Tell that the two teenage girls..

Cons:

Pool lights never got fixed. noise from the new construction next-door. The ring on the doorbell really annoyed me and the washer and dryer was not a good fit for short people.

The location is amazing, and one of three reasons I booked at this location. The other two reasons were the pool and the outside porch areas from the master suite and second bedroom.

I understand that the property being well maintained is definitely a plus, yet it definitely created a ‘stuck’ feeling to see the pool and fresh air outside but being unable to utilize either of them. I also understand no one ‘did anything wrong’. It was bad timing on our part, good timing for the next people 💫!

If these are my biggest complaints, I am blessed 🙏🏼

Cons:

I was disappointed to be in the condo during the time our porches were being ‘up-graded’ because we did not have access to outside private space from the condo. The pool area was also unavailable due to the construction.
I am very pleased with the overall care given to the property. My daughter and I apparently picked the wrong week to visit, because two of three of our ‘reasons for booking’ amenities were unavailable to us.

Wonderful experience, will definitely stay again
Pros:

The condo was very nice, 2 large bedrooms, 2 balconies overlooking the pool. The kitchen was well equipped, washer & dryer in unit.

It was an experience, but will not return .
Pros:

That condo was a nice size and loved the balcony.

Cons:

Way too far from the beach . And the condo was dusty . No one was there at 3 o’clock on Wednesday, July 3 for check-in . We never saw any staff the whole five days we were there.

Pros:

Location was great! The place was clean and inviting. The beds were comfy and slept great. We had everything we needed, and the host was amazing!

Cons:

It's on the third floor with no elevator. The second floor of the stairwell is not sealed well so the rain blows in. The condo is dated, but cozy. The pillows in the master were flat so if you like fluffy pillows bring some from home.

Pros:

The condo was so clean and had everything we could possibly need. The attention to detail was so impressive. We will be back! The only thing I could suggest is that you add in the description that it does actually have a small view of the sound, I was very pleasantly surprised by this.

Worth the stay. Condo provided everything except a dish rag to clean dishes but all else was perfect. I love the private
