This is our favourite hotel in all of SE Asia. Wonderful staff and a great location.

We loved EVERYTHING about it, but especially the staff. Sam and his team are the best, so helpful and charming. The hotel is immaculate and in a perfect location. 5 star service for 3 star price. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Pros:

Great location right on night market street, perhaps a 5 minute walk from pub street. The grill room around the corner is great for dinner as well.

We were offered a very warm welcome by the staff, who meticulously went over all our special requests like the day tours we booked over a welcome drink, after which they showed each of us to our rooms.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the restaurant was excellent. There's a good happy hour deal every day. Breakfast was made to order, and was very nice as well.

We booked a tuk tuk tour of Angkor the first day we were there, and a car the second day, to take us to the airport straight after. While maybe not the cheapest, both tours were excellent value and took into account our customized itinerary.

Cons:

This a really small one, not a big deal at all, but when you book a tour, make sure you research a place for lunch beforehand, and don't let the driver pressure you into taking you anywhere else. The first day, our tuk tuk drivers took us to a tourist trap of a restaurant, where we had the only bad meal of our entire trip. I understand they have a deal with these places when they bring in customers, but in my opinion it's much better to go somewhere where the food is actually good, and then just give the driver some extra tip to compensate. Cambodia has such great food, it's a shame to eat anything else.

The Urban est l'endroit idéal pour découvrir Siem Reap et un point de départ parfait pour les temples. Le personnel est charmant et toujours prêt pour de bons conseils. Encore merci à Sam!
Les chambres sont spacieuses, jolies et au calme. Le jardin ombragé, la piscine et le spa sont un délice pour se rafraichir après les visites des temples. On y mange aussi très bien! Excellent rapport qualité/prix! Hautement recommandé!

Il service e l’accoglienza del personale.

Cons:

La piscina non era stata mantenuta prima della stagione alta e non dovrebbe essere stata agibile nonostante abbiamo fatto il bagno lo steso. Insomma una piccolezza evitabile.
