Personal super agradable e instalaciones bonitas
Pros:

Hotel muy céntrico y con excelente ubicación. El personal es absolutamente adorable, dispuestos a ayudarte en todo y sonrientes en todo momento. Las instalaciones como la piscina, el jardín y la cafetería-restaurante estaban genial con mucha vegetación y bien cuidadas.

Cons:

La habitación y sobre todo el baño - muy pequeño, el lavabo diminuto, con muy poco espacio para dejar tus cosas y sobre todo la falta de bañera o ducha separada, ya que no había nada de esto y te duchabas mojándolo todo sobre las baldosas. La puerta llevaba mucho moho de toda el agua que le caen encima. A la habitación también le falta algo de reforma, se notaba ya vieja. El colchón muy incomodo

Beautifully presented but would not stay again
Pros:

The property is beautiful. Room size was large.

Cons:

The air conditioning! The weather was incredibly hot and the air conditioning unit in the room was insufficient to make the room comfortable to the point that we struggled to sleep. We asked reception to help and they supplied a fan but the room was absolutely boiling hot. Also, the pool was out of action for our entire stay. We were able to use another hotels facilities however we had been told the pool would be available from the 7th and it was not. The staff are incredibly attentive however on a few occasions it was clear that they were talking and giggling about us which was uncomfortable.

Un petit bémol sur la salle de douche et de lavabo/wc : système mal conçu, car douche et lavabo/wc se trouvant dans une même pièce sans aucune séparation...

Amazing hotel, very friendly staff and great location!
Pros:

Very beautiful location. Everything perfect. This place has a very cozy homy atmosphere. A quiet relaxing place very close to everything else. The staff is extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful.

The perfect stay in Siem Reap!
Pros:

The Urban is the best place I have ever stayed in my life! You will have access to 3 different pools, all of them so beautiful. They have 2 other partnership hotels, that you can use, even on your last day, after check out (12:00). Every day you can enjoy their afternoon tea, where they serve fresh fruit and other snacks, along with a refreshing tea, starting at 3pm.
The staff is beyond perfect! They always welcome you with a big smile, a wai and a fresh towel when you come from the outside. They are very friendly, caring and attentive to your needs. They have 2 refills stations for water, and provide with 2 thermos bottles for you to use during the day to keep your water cold, which was very handy, especially because I am pregnant and need to drink a lot of water. In conclusion, the place is just a dream, I would recommend to everyone!
