Pros:

We stayed at the Tree, it was wonderful. Staff were amazing, helpful, professional. Short walk to pub street.

Pros:

Le fait qu'il y ait une piscine (avec cette chaleur c'est très agréable de pouvoir piquer une tête après une journée de visite)
Le service possible à la piscine, les cocktails sont bons.
Le restaurant très correct.
La disponibilité de l'équipe.
Massage possible et vraiment pas cher (15$/h)
Chambre confortable et très propre.

Cons:

Rien de méchant mais s'il faut chipoter:

La piscine un peu petite (peu de transats autour) et à quasiment tout le temps à l'ombre.
L'equipe, à force de trop vouloir en faire, est un peu lourde/oppressante.
Et malgré ça, ils arrivent à oublier que vous leur avez demandé telle ou telle chose.
Mais vraiment c'est pour remplir la case "points négatifs" car ça ne dégrade pas réellement l'expérience.

Beautiful place and rooms.
Particularly enjoyed the pool and the welcome drink and the quietness of the place.

Cons:

The staff is nice as everyone says, but their attention is actually too much. Every time they come and start chatting with you it’s to suggest you to use one of their (paying) service. To the point that this dissuades me from actually asking them anything.

An amazing stay!!
Pros:

Everything!! The amazing staff, the location, the facilities. It has been the best stay ever. We have loved every minute of it. The rooms are lovely, the pool is great, the afternoon tea is so tasty!
