Pros:

Relaxte sfeer en rustige omgeving
Kamers nieuwbouw zijn prima ingedeeld.
Kamer was prima op temperatuur bij binnenkomst
Uitstekend gegeten in restaurant

Cons:

Stoelen in restaurant zitten te laag voor de tafel, dat zit niet erg comfortabel

Vriendelijke ontvangst in landelijke omgeving
Pros:

Het hotel ligt aan de rand van het dorp, niet ver van de toeristenstad Daun. Ook andere toeristische attracties zijn makkelijk bereikbaar. Parkeergelegenheid nabij de in-/uitgang. In de nieuwbouw zijn de kamers per lift bereikbaar. De kamers ogen fris en vrolijk, het badkamerdeel is relatief klein. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en servicegericht! Het ontbijtbuffet is goed verzorgd, alhoewel met weinig afwisseling. Er zijn 2 restaurants: een voor gasten die kiezen voor een culinair diner (één Michelinster) en een ruimte voor de overige restaurantgasten. In de laatste worden ook met zorg bereide menu's geserveerd, maar naar verhouding wel prijzig.

Cons:

Het is jammer dat de kamer niet over eigen thee-/koffiefaciliteiten beschikt.
Wie gebruik wenst te maken van het restaurant doet er goed aan altijd tevoren te reserveren.

Insgesamt hat uns das Hotel gut gefallen.
Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal. Sauberkeit. Schöner Garten.

Cons:

Hoher Verkehrslärm. Bad sehr eng. Schade, dass man nach 21 Uhr kein Essen mehr bestellen kann
