Très bel hôtel à tam coc je recommande
Pros:

Très bon hôtel bien situé autours des centres d’intérêt de cette région
Vélo autours de 1€ la journée et scooter en location aussi non cher
Petit déjeuner excellent mon préféré depuis mon arrivée au vietnam
Chambre spacieuse et jolie

Cons:

Propreté assez relative dans la chambre mais les draps et serviettes sentent très bon et sont très propres
Piscine assez sale en fin de journée

Beautiful area and quiet, next to The Waterfall.
The staff are kind and helpful.
The swimming pool and garden is amazing, spacious, close to the nature. We felt relaxing, it's also convenient to have a restaurant in their area. Recommend Wood-fired pizza.

I think the price is good for 15m2 room.
Pros:

Good private room with AC and bathroom. They are kind and friendly to support us early check in. We could be waiting at their restaurant.
Breakfast was good.

Pros:

Good place for leisure to relax and chill. It's located in the nature of Ninh Binh, away from busy street but it's away 5-7 minutes from Tam Coc center. Friendly straff and facilities are good ( AC and private room - around 15-17$ - including breakfast ). It is convenient to use their restaurant which works all days.

If you want to relax leisurely in Ninh Binh's nature, this accommodation is the best. The friendly staff and facilities are good. It's convenient restaurant on-site. Recommend Mango smoothies.
