Very good for the price
Pros:

Great stay, the service is great and the room is comfortable.
The facilities are good ( laundry, restaurant, pool, bike/motorbike rental ).
Especially, host and her family are kind and warmly welcomed

Incredible homestay with reasonable price - they are wonderful
Pros:

Positive experience with Cao Thach Homestay. They are very kind and friendly. The place is tucked in the quiet area of Tam Coc. They are closer to nature and many tourist destinations ( Bich Dong Pagoda ).
The homestay has an on-site restaurant that serves a variety of options. No need to go far to find a good restaurant.

Pros:

L’hôtel est idéalement placé, pas loin du centre ville et proche des points d’intérêts.
Possibilité de louer un scooter ou un vélo.
La chambre était spacieuse, lumineuse et super propre.
Le personnel est adorable et le restaurant très bon avec des pizzas maisons
Et piscine pour se rafraîchir

Cons:

Le petit dej est à revoir, trop de salé à mon goût, ça manque de sucré

En general está bien, cierto es que si estás en habitación no hace referencia a ninguna de las imágenes que salen, todas las imágenes son de bungalow.
Tiene piscina y ofrecen toallas, lo que resulta muy cómodo
En el propio alojamiento tiene un restaurante bien de precio y rico, el desayuno incluido está genial
Está apartado del centro, que si buscas tranquilidad es ideal y allí mismo puedes alquilar bicicletas por un precio estupendo

Cozy, clean and incredibly welcoming
Pros:

First time visiting Ninh Binh and this homestay was the highlight for my trip ( price, location and facilities, especially people ). They are very friendly. Nestled in a quiet location, surrounded by greenery. They have a restaurant which is very convenient.

Peaceful hideaway near Bich Dong Pagoda
Pros:

one night stay alone. The location is perfect - quiet village, close to Bich Dong Pagoda and they have a waterfall restaurant in their area. It's very convenient for us to get complimentary breakfast without going so far. Room was ok, tidy.
The family staff were so warm and welcoming.

Pros:

The price exceeded our expectations. Our package includes a private room and breakfast at the Waterfall Restaurant.
The host is kind and friendly. It's convenient to go to Tam Coc or Mua Cave. It's not far.
The Surroundings is peaceful and refreshing.

Not what i expected
Pros:

The restaurant food was amazing especially the local goat dishes and the oudoor seating.

Cons:

The room i booked was not available. I was told this the same day i was to arrive. My only options were a smaller room for less money or a larger room for more money. It was so disappointing. . It was noisy, i could hear people next door and the people outside and the shower head was broken.

The staff are kind ( they are family-run business )
Pros:

Solo backpacker. Great value for me- including breakfast. Location is quiet, like village but they have everything i need. The restaurant is perfect as we no need to go far to find meals. They serve from morning till to around 10pm. I recommend Pizza.

Pros:

Giá hợp lí bao gồm ăn sáng, có hồ bơi. Nhà hàng phục vụ ăn sáng ngay cạnh thác nước đẹp, yên tĩnh, nhẹ nhàng ạ.
Gần chùa Bích Động và Tam Cốc, Thung Nham. Nhân viên nhiệt tình, các cô, anh hỗ trợ mình nhiệt tình lắm ạ.
