Pros:

We absolutely loved it here.
It's a bit outside the city, but right in the middle of nature. Could easily rent motorbikes and bicycles. They also offer bus trips, tours and spa treatments and meals, as there's a restaurant attached to the homestay. Everything you need is here.
The food was delicious and we love mango smoothies.

Pros:

Despite being a fairly budget hotel, it's always clean, with a large, comfortable bed and a clean shower.
They have a famous restaurant next to the waterfall; many tourists come and enjoy the food. I was impressed by their grilled pork and italian pizza.

Ótima relação qualidade preço, se voltasse atrás iria para os bungallows perto da piscina.

Enjoyable, restful stay
Pros:

Lovely little room, great views, breakfast good, room heating + air con! Staff also lovely - so nice to be let into our room early too

Cons:

Bathroom was dirty, shower kept going from hot to cold but other than that all good

Perfect homestay in Tam Coc
Pros:

The location is perfect, a bit further away from the ultra touristic centre of Tam Coc but only 10 min by bike. You are surrounded by the mountains and ricefields which is very calming. The staff was really nice and the food soooo good ! Also loved my room, really confortable.

Amazing pool, chill vibe with local food by WaterFall Restaurant.
Bicycle rental is perfect, go around Tam Coc which is peaceful.

Pros:

A lovely family - homestay, they are very kind and helpful to support us in any cases ( transportation, recommendations in Ninh Binh ). So so so lovely. They are a Homestay, restaurant, bungalow, many facilities in their area.

Pros:

Hỗ trợ khách tốt, nhân viên thân thiện.
Không gian homestay nhưng có nhà hàng, hồ bơi, thác nước, rất thoáng vả thoải mái.
