Clean hotel, central Bomonti Area, New and well furnished, modern toilets, but not helpfull staff.
Pros:

The staff was not professional. I ask for taxi, they said that they will call, when I came back on reception for the taxi 30 minutes after they told me that they didn’t call because I didn’t gave them address where I go, but they didn’t ask. Then I was waiting more than 30 min on the street to find a taxi, because they could not find and I misses important meeting. They are always with smile on their face, but they could not help you with anything!

Hotel admitted €240 mistake but refused refund unless I deleted review. I declined.
Cons:

I am a Genius Level 3 member on Booking.com who booked 7 twin rooms at this hotel for my group to stay 4 nights. Front desk staff refused to listen when I explained the system error that caused the wrong guest count. They ignored my calls and demanded €240 extra cash to accommodate all 8 guests already paid for.
When I complained, hotel management later contacted me directly and admitted the €240 charge was a mistake caused from their side. However, they refused to refund unless I permanently deleted my review — an unacceptable condition I declined.
