Lovely and clean small apartment with all amentities, centrally located in Arts district.
Pros:

We loved having a kitchen and a patio, which made for a lovely opportunity to have breakfast and lunch. The rooftop pool was great. Location was central and on a quiet street in quieter part of the city, but accessible to many areas. We liked being near museums and galleries.

Cons:

The front desk staff wasn't always available and misinformed us on a few things (e.g. said they would order us a cab and didn't). We are an older couple and this place seemed geared for younger people.

Fantastic!
Pros:

The rooms were well equipped with everything you need and and furnishings were beautiful

Cons:

Very little. It is a bit expensive, but worth the money.
The TV/remotes don’t seem to work very well.

Pros:

The room was large, comfortable, and well-appointed. The pool area was also very nice and a definite highlight of the stay.

Cons:

The service and maintenance significantly let the experience down. We reported issues with the room shortly after arrival, including a shower head that was almost falling off the wall and a toilet that wasn’t secured to the floor, but never received any response.
There were also ongoing issues with our key card not working in the elevator, meaning we couldn’t access our floor and had to rely on staff assistance, despite raising this earlier.
Front desk staff were generally unengaging and did not acknowledge us when we passed through the lobby. On check-out, we were asked to provide proof of payment from Booking.com, as the concierge questioned the amount we had been charged, which felt unnecessary and uncomfortable.
Overall, while the facilities were good, the lack of responsiveness, maintenance, and customer service impacted our stay.

I love this property and wouldn’t mind coming back and even visit the Nashville location
Pros:

I love the location and the way the property is designed. The amenities are wonderful, the staff Gavin is very friendly and treated me with kindness.

Cons:

Water pressure in the shower, the mattress wasn’t as firm as I expected.

Wonderful place to stay in NOLA!
Pros:

It was a beautiful building and room in a great area of NOLA.

Cons:

Our first night was spent in a room whose air ducts were incredibly noisy. When we complained, they moved us to another room which was perfect.
