Not aloud your kids even under 3 if you have more than 1
Pros:

Nothing it was a complete waste of money, have 2 children one that would sleep in a basinet pram and one that would sleep with us. unfortunately we were told we were not aloud 2 children there so we had to cancel our booking and scramble to find another hotel, complete rubbish of an area aswell.

Great value place to stay near the airport.
Pros:

The room was almost new and all quite nice. Comfortable bed, large tv, somewhere to sit and great dinner at the tavern. Staff were very accommodating and helpful. Will stay here again.

Rochelle’s approach at check in is above and beyond anything I have experienced before, friendly and provided a personal tour of the facilities through to the room door.

Pros:

Secure parking. Clean rooms. Modern facilities.

Cons:

Difficult to get in contact with staff at times. Admin staff could have been more attentive.
Room service was skipped for some days. Rooms could have been better insulated against noise from guests in adjacent rooms. Pub next door attracts noisy patrons on Friday and weekends.

The discontinuation of the free laundry will probably be a deal breaker for me
Pros:

Beds are comfortable and place is clean.

Cons:

The free laundry is now not accessible. Apparently it was broken by guests. But no one likes to be punished for the sins of others.

Pros:

Location to Swan Valley, our meals at the tavern were 10/10.
If needed we would stay there again.

Cons:

Our shower (room 13) needs the rubber glued back down to stop the water coming out.
There were no coat hangers in the cupboard.

Great two night stay during the week. Highly recommended.
Pros:

The rooms were clean and modern.
The shower was incredible with great water pressure and heat overall a great place to spend a night or two.

Comfortable motel stay on Eastern edge of Perth
Pros:

Clean modernised motel accommodation near John Forest National Park. Hotel meals available next door. Secure insight parking. Lovely linen.
