Great
Pros:

Always clean and tidy , Modern look room with plenty of space. Secure parking and gated rooms. Close to all general required facilities. Service station, chemist, grocery store . Barber. Laundry , tavern& fast food stores .

Pros:

It was secure and close to where I needed to be. The use of the washing machine and dryer was a bonus and so helpful

Cons:

It wasn't as clean as I am used to and at the end of my stay I gave my keys to someone at the tavern hoping it was the correct people!

Am very pleased and exceptionallysurprice how lovely to stay
Pros:

This is a surprising magnificent clean and secure place (steel bar fenced in parking). I would vote this a better place than Crown Promenade of Perth ❤️❤️❤️ ill be back in another month !

Better off to sleep in the car
Pros:

Nothing, the place is one of the most disappointing recommendations I have ever had.

Cons:

The room floor was sticky and so dirty when you stepped on the bathmat it was dirty.
The shower screen was full of mould
The exhaust fan in the bathroom was noisy and filthy
The "Tavern" was not accesible for inspection for dinner and after walking into the Sports Bar which smelt like a public toilet we ate elsewhere. This was an experience in itself as the shopping cente across the road was full of pools of vomit and drug and addled persons camping on the paths outside the shops we wanted to patronise.
I would never stay again or recommend this place to anyone other than emergency accommodation for homeless or destitute people as that is who surrounded the premises.
The hotel patrons looked like the cast from Housos spending their Centelink benefits.

We had 4 comfortable days. The manager really helped. us after a mix up with our booking..
